This is a Canadian Summer/Vacation Resort with cabins, summer permanent residents, and few transient RV's. It's very secluded on beautiful Bark's Lake and on a hillside. We had Electric, Water and Sewer but the sewer was more of a permanent set-up and had to disassemble to use. WiFi is available in the office but spotty. The site was rutted gravel, creating a challenge to level, between two permanent setups and just big enough for our 23' Class B. Would be difficult for a Class A or Truck/Trailer... Read More
This is a Canadian Summer/Vacation Resort with cabins, summer permanent residents, and few transient RV's. It's very secluded on beautiful Bark's Lake and on a hillside. We had Electric, Water and Sewer but the sewer was more of a permanent set-up and had to disassemble to use. WiFi is available in the office but spotty. The site was rutted gravel, creating a challenge to level, between two permanent setups and just big enough for our 23' Class B. Would be difficult for a Class A or Truck/Trailer to navigate some of the roads in the park however we did see sites closer to the office that would probably accommodate larger rigs. The resort is in a lovely forested location on a beautiful lake with boat rentals and close to the town of Barry's Lake for all your shopping needs. Resort has a very nice recreation bldg., lending library, indoor pool, restrooms and laundry. For dinner consider driving to Wilno to the Wilno Tavern for incredible Polish food. Staff was very friendly and most helpful. DO NOT follow Good Sam turn by turn directions or GPS. Simply proceed to Barry's Lake, turn on Dunn St and follow as it turns into Siberia Rd then turn right on Sunny Hill Rd. Resort would rate higher as a long term stay.
