Infested with bees during our stay, which obviously is not the campground's fault. Other that that, the sites are very small and some are very difficult to back into pull-throughs are limited in number. Nice location near Coeur d'Alene marred by the very heavy smoke from forest fires. Wi-Fi is virtually non-existent the manager had difficulty processing our credit card on arrival, and explained that the Wi-Fi was sometimes "weak".

Interesting campground. A little outdated and a challenge for large RVs and motohomes. The campground is located on a steep slope with terraced individual spots. Not a lot of room to manuever, low hanging trees and gravel surfaces make getting into your spot with a large rig less than ideal. Spots are fairly wide and level with plenty of room. Nice for an overnight visit, but not our cup of tea for an extended stay.

This campground has several problems. First, it is on a hillside. But the Hill is quite steep and it was very sketchy getting our fifth wheel up the hill and into the extremely narrow site. The sewer connections are very high relative to the RVs so we had an incline up to the sewer from the rig which prevented drainage. Very problematic all week. As a result, we had a spill trying to milk the sewer line. The staff was the opposite of courteous and helpful. I would have settled for rude and sullen... Read More

I would have settled for rude and sullen but they skulked around our site spying on us and relaying unkind messages to the office on their walkie talkies. All in all a very unpleasant experience. The town itself is beautiful and well worth the time.

We loved this place. It's very conveniently close to Hwy 90, but tucked into the side of a mountain and you can hardly hear any sound from the highway. The campsites are terraced into the hillside amoung many mature trees with lots of small cabins interspersed. The camp was recently acquired by new owners. The staff is friendly and they offer free firewood, full RV hookups, nice showers, and access to the lake via canoes or bring your own kayak. We were sorry we only had time to stay overnight.
