Agree with KittyCamper. This place is not a Good Sam 5 Star quality RV Park. The narrow, unpaved, gravel road leading to the park entrance is 3/4 mile long and filled with potholes. There is no office personnel to assist with issues that may arise. A sign on the office door instructs you to proceed to your assigned sight. On the positive side, there is plenty of open space to walk your pet(s). There is a nice area with equipment for children to play. The restrooms are adequate. Appears they are... Read More

Bathroom house was extremely nice. Customer service was awesome. Sites were level with full hookup. Would consider staying here again.
We have stayed here twice, most recently in May. The park is just off the interstate down a short gravel road. The trees have all been trimmed back along the side. We noticed very minimal highway noise that was never problematic. Sites are big enough for the biggest rigs. All are full hookup 30/50. Wifi is free and speedy enough. They have added around 10 sites since we were there last year. Some sites have been paved since then. They do offer pull thru and back in sites. We used a back in each... Read More

We used a back in each time and had plenty of room for a 33' TT with pickup parked in front. Lots of people have big 5th wheels and motorhomes. Staff were very friendly and easy to work with, even if you need a late check in. There are a couple hosts on site. Several other campers offered to help us if we needed anything. Very friendly place. The bath house and laundry are available 24 hours. We will stop by next time we're passing through.

Just Stayed four nights. Last year stayed five months for work. 43’ fifth wheel, full time. Close to Columbia but far enough to be Quiet! Nearby grocery and fuel. Beautiful place, huge open spaces, nice playgrounds for kids. Lots of trees and flowers, ponds. Large sites, grass in between, clean bathroom/showers. Two washers/dryers are frequently busy. Nice staff, easy reservations. Visited someone in a cabin, two nice, clean porch facing huge pond. I understand some don’t like gravel but it’s here.... Read More

We’ve been in 15+ camps/resorts from here to Florida and all over. Will definitely come back here. Sign on the road where to turn isn’t the easiest to see, kind of blends in a bit. Should raise a d paint it. GPS took us right to it though.

Travelers, please do not give a 5-star rating to a park that is junky and not cared for. We depend on the accuracy of reviews in making our decisions of where to spend a night or longer. A park with a 5-star rating tells us we can look forward to parking our beautiful rig there. Good Sam's: Please review parks before posting ratings. Are their requirements to qualify as a RESORT? Shouldn't they at least have paved roads and sites? And not be a permanent housing park? When we arrived, the office... Read More

When we arrived, the office door had a message posted that it was closed. There was no welcome packet. No list of rules, codes or amenities listed. There was a calendar with site map on last page. Park roads are mud and gravel. This park is NOT a RESORT!
As advertised, this park has beautiful lakes and beyond the park looks very nice. Sadly, like so many parks these days, there are more full-time residents than travelers. Which makes it more a “trailer park” with no rules. Many sites show people living outside their RV’s with junk all around. There are “no pull-throughs”. When we arrived, we had trouble backing our 42’ fifth wheel into our site as the site is uphill and road too narrow for the tight turn to get into the site. This was made even more difficult as the people across the road had their wood pile by the road. The water spicket for our site had no splitter for our hook-up. The fire pit was full of garbage and all over the patio and under the picnic table was grass from a mower. All site drives are very narrow. Also, we could not find cable, but Wi-Fi is very strong. It appears this park has potential to be above average but needs some loving care. Price was $45.67 which had to be pre-paid. Management might be doing the best they can, but we cannot wait to leave tomorrow and will not return.

The first issue we faced with this campground was the gravel road which was dry and dusty leading up to the campground (~1 mile long). Once we arrived, the camp host greeted us but was not very helpful with directing us to our pull through site which by the way was dual pull throughs, i.e. back to back sites and given our big rig we could not figure out how two big rigs with dolleys would work? The bigger issue was the gravel roads and sites within the campground, they were extremely dusty and just... Read More

The bigger issue was the gravel roads and sites within the campground, they were extremely dusty and just driving our rig around to access our site made our car completely covered with dust to the extent that we could not see through the dash window! Between the gravel road leading to the campground and the conditions of the roads within, it would be impossible to keep windows open on our rig or eat outside. Many with big motorhomes like ours (43') have them detailed during their trips and after spending $400 to have it washed at a previous campground, it now was a total waste of money. We decided to leave immediately. It did teach us one important lesson, we will Google Earth future sites before booking.

Stayed one night while passing through off I-70. The gravel road to the campground is narrow with low overhanging branches. Once arriving the configuration of the sites are confusing, had to pull thru one site to get to our site. The hookups are awkward with our sewer connection nearly at the door of the neighboring site. Like the other review stated, there are junk cars around. Could be a nice place, but needs to control the dust or better yet some type of paving would be best. Looks fairly new... Read More

Looks fairly new but seems like they are trying to grow too big. Many newly created sites. Needs some TLC. Didn’t use the facilities, so the restroom rating is a quess. Won’t be back.

While our stay was not terrible, it was not great either, upon arrival the initial site would not work for us, so the ( I assume owner) when I called gave a choice of 2 others, then sent another guest to check on us instead of coming herself. The rest to the resort is absolutely beautiful, it is just a shame they do not put the same pride into the rv section .
