We reserved and paid for our site through something called Rover Pass, not the site directly. We were told our site would be sent to us prior to arrival - it did not come. Upon arrival no one was in the office so I called and was told our site was #20. This was no site at all - it was a space along the drive aisle with utilities. No picnic table, not trees, no privacy - if we sat out side our coach we would have been sitting in the alley! We left and went 200 yards down the road and found a decent... Read More
We reserved and paid for our site through something called Rover Pass, not the site directly. We were told our site would be sent to us prior to arrival - it did not come. Upon arrival no one was in the office so I called and was told our site was #20. This was no site at all - it was a space along the drive aisle with utilities. No picnic table, not trees, no privacy - if we sat out side our coach we would have been sitting in the alley! We left and went 200 yards down the road and found a decent site. I called and told them the site was unacceptable and asked for a refund. Was told they would look at it and let me know - 3 days later still have not heard from them.

The owners of this park are friendly and extremely helpful. Although we only stayed one night, we definitely would stay here again and recommend them highly.
