This place is beautiful! The spots are spacious, and level. This was an extremely well thought out park. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool was nice. The bathroom/ showers made me want to stay there forever. The only downside is no fishing, but from my understanding that’s due to alligators. I can not wait to return here again!
Great new resort adjoining a tree-lined golf course. Well-designed, well-spaced sites. Exceptional facilities and amenities -- very nice bathrooms, pools, dog parks, club houses, and a terrific walking path surrounding the property. Very clean and well-maintained. Our only complaint was that the drink prices at the bar were absurdly high. We liked this place so much that we left different Hilton Head park early to come back to Hilton Head National.
From Check In to Check Out had good support from friendly staff. They rode golf cart to my site and helped me back in and review the connections. Restroom are the best I've experience in RV park. Fully airconitioned private rooms with floor to ceiling tile & good hot water. Dog wash is much appreciated with 3 units ready to wash your pet 24/7. Fenced dog play areas too one for large dogs and another for smaller dogs. Very Pet Friendly RV park with convenient dog waste dispensers and plastic gloves... Read More

Resort facilities nice with helpful staff for booking golf and other area entertainment (conceirge was very good). Pool with lazy river was family friendly with adjacent bar as well as restaruant for snacks and meals. Fully gated facility for safe experience. Walking trails was relaxing and excellent for walking my dog. Next visit I will try to experience the golf course or perhaps just the driving range. I understand it's nice too and not too difficult of a course great for a relaxing day of golf. Golf cart friendly RV park too but I beleive only for rented ones onsite. I'll likely rent one next visit to explore around and hit the links using the connected trail between RV park and golf course. Close to many nice restaurants and shops. Nearby Hilton Head, Savannah, and beach access points. Bluffton is a nice upscale vacation site IMO.

Pros: quiet and safe beautiful view of the golf course, grounds are clean plenty of amenities friendly staff assisted us on arrival. Cons: 1) suggest having a staff member guide your guest to their site. this is a large park and assistance would be helpful. 2) A word of caution to those that have dual inverted systems programmed in split phase, pedestral 321 is not properly wired and one leg is out of phase. This means that you will have to draw power from your batteries to supply one leg of your... Read More

2) A word of caution to those that have dual inverted systems programmed in split phase, pedestral 321 is not properly wired and one leg is out of phase. This means that you will have to draw power from your batteries to supply one leg of your system. And the other from the pedestal.
Commitments were made by the general manager and the maintenance manager they would follow up with this concern and have the pedestal checked by a certified electrician. As of this review, we have not heard back from either party as they promised. We attempted phone calls 2x and left voice messages with no response.
For the price paid for this stay, we should not have incurred additional costs (propane).
We are full-time RVers and sadly, we will not be returning to this RV resort.
