For some reason I not allowed to give the actual date of our stay, March 2020. We prebooked at this resort for our trip home from AZ. We planned to stay a week and visit friends and enjoy all the amenities. When we arrived and paid in full for a week we were not told that all the amenities in the park had been closed and people were leaving. We only found that out after entering the park. We stayed 2 days just to rest but didn't feel comfortable there and nothing was open. When we decided to leave... Read More

When we decided to leave after only 2 days we were denied any refund at all even though some yearly residents were given refunds. Very poor customer service and this resort should not be supported by Good Sam. We would never go to this resort again since they took money for seven days with full amenities even though we only stayed 2 and they knew nothing was open. Very very poor service and bad business!

if you are looking for an RV resort that meets all your expectations, this is it. The facilities are well maintained, clean, the majority of the staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of activities, with no pressure to participate. You can stay as busy as you want. The only downside is they do not accept debit or credit cards. This is a real problem because you have to buy tickets, meals, and laundry access. So you have to keep cash or a check book handy. The final downside is... Read More

The cafe and patio/dancing area closes at 5:00 PM each day...."really". If they would extend evening activities and entertainment at least on Friday and Saturday evenings it would be much better.

As an adult only park that primarily caters to winter residents, the park offers many nice amenities. For an RV'r that is not a long term resident it is lacking. The sites are very small, and there is no cable offered to the short stayer. We have pets, and the only decent walking area with grass, is outside the park next to the road, or at a dog park which is located a good distance from the "pet" areas of the park. Even though it advertises wifi, it was not available. The office told me that... Read More

A long term resident told me that it rarely worked.

They advertise pet friendly, but seems like the permanent residents don't share that opinion and will tell you in uncertain terms if your dog happens to step in unwelcome vacant sites! Never going back to that 'stuffy' place ever again.
