The sewer odors got worse the longer we stayed, the wifi was the worst, and it was the first time we ever verrun by ants. I wonder if they use any chemicals anywhere in the park, pool/hot, sewers???

It was very hard to find the office when we came in. There were no signs for office until you got right there. It's a huge mobile home park with a small RV park attached. The staff were very friendly and the sites were level with good hook ups. However, the RV park is right next to a very busy street and the noise is terrible. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. The facilities are very adequate.

We actually stayed from the end of January 2018 to May 2018. We had a great time in the park. Water Fitness class most every week day. Great neighbors and visitors who came for a day or two. The management was very helpful. They gave us directions for finding places in Phoenix. The location is terrific if you are wanting to get places easily. Close to the I-17 going north and south. Many groceries and businesses near by. We went through an upgrade to the facilities with them this winter... Read More

Many groceries and businesses near by. We went through an upgrade to the facilities with them this winter and they gave us heads up on what was being done and what to expect. It really looks updated and pleasant. Our only concern was the laundry machines. They could use updating but the price was great for washing and drying. I loved the clothes line outside the laundry. The game room and exercise room as well as the reading and book room were very nice. They have a new outdoor grill and party area for use by the residents. Many activities planned by the park association such as breakfasts, taco nights, bingo, poker, pool, pickle ball. We would highly recommend Royal Palms. In fact we are planning to return next year.
