This is a resort park. It has many top of the line Class A motor coaches. The sites are wide, where the motor coaches are large, and where they allow smaller coaches, there are trees and bushes that also help provide some privacy for narrower sites. It is open year round, and the snows can slow some of the bushes growth for summer. There are two rivers that run through the property. There are owners of the sites, but no one can stay more than 8 months. The resort is situated at 9,200 feet. There... Read More

It is open year round, and the snows can slow some of the bushes growth for summer. There are two rivers that run through the property. There are owners of the sites, but no one can stay more than 8 months. The resort is situated at 9,200 feet. There are many hiking/biking trails all around. The resort has small cabins, and varying sizes of RV sites. This resort is located 6 miles south from Frisco, a quaint town with many outdoor activities. And 4 miles north of Breckenridge, a beautiful ski town. ** There are bathrooms, laundry room, exercise room, pool, two hot tubs, tennis court, one large fire pit in a large grassy central plaza, and some smaller grassy areas. As for bathrooms, there are cabins that have their own baths, there are top of the line Class A motor coaches that have their own baths. So mostly the baths would be for the smaller coaches and trailers. And yes, there aren't a lot. Even when cleaned daily, there are people that don't help keep them clean after using them. As for amenities, this is an outdoor community. You don't need much indoors to keep you entertained. ** There are owners of every site on this property. They stay pretty private, but they wave if you wave. Again, as an outdoor community, you will probably see them on a trail somewhere and say "hi". Watch for the wild animals. There are red foxes, bears, moose, elk that may walk down the resort street, or along the rivers. Some were born in the wilderness around the resort. ** Overall the restroom rating could have been 4 stars, but I only used it once. Water pressure was not as high as it could be, but it will not burst your pipes. And at 20% humidity and 9,200 feet altitude, it needs help with some watering, and deep breathing.

Covid 19 rules and regulations imposed at this campground, although ridiculously extreme (in my opinion) have not influenced my review here. So, yes, the campground is very very nice, concrete pads all seem very level and spacious, nice trees all around giving a decent amount of privacy. Very nicely located in proximity to the beautiful town of Breckenridge. Now to the not very impressive. Let's start with the bathrooms or should I say bathroom - three small questionably clean dark showers and... Read More

Very nicely located in proximity to the beautiful town of Breckenridge. Now to the not very impressive. Let's start with the bathrooms or should I say bathroom - three small questionably clean dark showers and one (yes, one) toilet for the entire campground (men's). ONE toilet for the entire resort. Laundry facility very nice. Cable tv always quite snowy. Our site (274) was next to a professional dog trainer (long-term stay) who's trained dogs (four) barked incessantly whenever he was not there, although quiet when he was and at night. The dog poop all around our hookups was not removed. Office staff, probably new because of their recent opening, were somewhat short and not very helpful when asked about Covid rules etc ... so we didn't even try to complain about anything during our short stay. All in all, sitting in our camp chairs knowing we paid $130 per night as the sprinklers came on unannounced at 9.10pm added to the disappointment. Breckenridge town is beautiful, tons of restaurants, shops, cafes etc .. , and most reasonably priced. Tiger Run Rv Resort not so much.

This is an resort type facility, so it has plenty of amenities. Gym, heated pool, game room, business office, and very nice & clean restrooms The staff was so friendly and helpful, I can't say enough about them. The sites are so big I almost did not know how to park my 5th wheel. It's a pricey place to stay, but worth it in my opinion. Can't beat the surrounding view, the atmosphere of staying in a 5 star facility when most of our cross country stops were 3 star campgrounds by noisy highways.... Read More

Photos made this place look better than it actually was. It's a nice place with a nice pool house, but not as spectacular as I was expecting. It was a bit of a letdown. . .but still a nice place, and nicely located.

This is a beautiful RV park with all the amenities one could ask for. Our space had a covered patio, picnic table and more than enough room for our Class A motorhome, tow vehicle, BBQ and rom for our dogs to stretch their legs without ever getting close to our neighbor. The rules of the resort are stringent but, after staying there, I understand why. Each space is tidy and I'm not sure there is a bad site in the entire park. The downfalls we found here were that the laundry and trash were centrally located in the park but far away from our site, so we had to drive from our site to use both. The park is south of town and amazingly quiet even though it is close to the highway. Breckenridge is a great little town and I'm glad this RV park is so close to take advantage of hiking, fishing and shopping. We will definitely be back in the future!

This was an en-route stop (1 night) for us. The staff was nice/hekpful while the off ice was open. About 8 PM, we experienced a SEVERE drop in water pressure (even after the pressure regulator and filter were removed). The area is beautiful; but the owners/full timers were a bit clicish.

The park is in a beautiful setting close (6 miles) to Breckenridge (one of the prettiest mtn. towns in CO) hence the California pricing. The park is neat and clean but the sites are close together. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well-maintained as is the pool & hot tub. River sites have nice views of the mountains opposite, and there is a hiking trailhead near the back of the resort. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This park is located very convenient to the Breckenridge and all the great places to visit in this area. The site are very clean and well organized on concrete slabs and nicely landscaped. I also did not find the place very charming it is lacking personality and character, however we will stay here again should we journey that way

If you plan to stay here, avoid being assigned to site number 325, avoid it like the plague! We made reservations on May 2. We were told the day before we arrived, that we were assigned to this site. We arrived on 9-2 to told that the owner had decided to stay--even thought he had signed a contract in May to relinquish his site for the 7 days we were supposed to be there. The people at Tiger Run, after an hour of sitting in the parking lot, found another site that we could stay in. The people... Read More

The people at Tiger Run cannot be held accountable for an owner who considers a contract nother more thlaan a piece of paper. It is a beautiful. Just be sure to say no to site number 325--the owner if not responsible!

Location is great with easy access to towns of Breckenridge and Frisco and to hiking and biking. Lots of park models/chalets and some long term residents and the RV sites are privately owned. Not a lot of rules for those people it appears since several sites are pretty junky and there is trash on several sites that no one picks up. We had to park the coach at the very front of our site in order to not have back tires off the ground since the concrete pad in the rear was several inches lower than... Read More

We had to park the coach at the very front of our site in order to not have back tires off the ground since the concrete pad in the rear was several inches lower than the front pad. The picnic table was not usable since it was falling apart and full of splinters. We are full timers and have stayed in several 10/10/10 parks and this is no where on the same caliber as the others. The indoor pool and gym are dated but usable. WiFi is thru Tengo internet and was OK at best.

We have camped her numerous times since 1998 and the resort is very good except for the restrooms which have declined significantly. While the locker room, where the restrooms are located, is small, it is adequate and I have never seen over crowded. However, the cleanliness of the showers has become unacceptable as they are not cleaned regularly and have become terribly unsanitary.

Tiger Run is primarily a real estate/ park model (cabins or as they call them - chalets) with a limited number of sites available for RV rental. Great facilities and prime location between Breckenridge and Frisco. We really liked the facility. They are a bit snooty in accepting reservations (we have a 23 ft trailer). They do not accent tents, tent trailers, truck campers and trailers with canvas type pop outs. We did see an Owners site with a canvas pop out unit on it. It is a great place to... Read More
