We stayed two nights in a Class A motorhome with a tow. There was plenty of room in the site and the hookups were conveniently located. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The handicap shower could use a bench of some sort. Not all handicapped people are in wheelchairs.
1. Wireless Internet does not work at space site. 2. Space site wet and muddy. Hoses and power cord in mud and water. Site pad was not cleaned. 3. 30 Amp connection loose and intermittent power supply. 4. Cold water in swimming pool. 5. Breakfast is a bonus, but was not provided.
Only stayed one night. Stayed at site 26. I have a 42 foot fifth wheel. The roads between the sites on my side of the park were narrow. The pad at my site was very narrow 9' 10". My first attempt pulling into the site the tires on the right side of my fifth wheel were off the pad and sank in the mud. I was able to back out. Called the office they said no other site was available. With help from another camper I was able to pull forward of the site and then back up and jackknife my fifth... Read More

With help from another camper I was able to pull forward of the site and then back up and jackknife my fifth wheel so I could come in at a hard angle and stay on the pad. I took a walk around my side of the park and there were a number of spots that were rutted out and refilled by dirt. The ground is vey soft. I would strongly recommend you not use this park until they do something to mitigate this problem

This is one of our overnight stops we make during our cross-country trip on I10. All concrete pads and roads make this easy to traverse. Spots are plenty big for our 34ft class A plus TOAD, and the free breakfast in the morning is a complete bonus! The last time we stayed the ground around the hookups was soggy which caused some mud tracking back into the rig, but I won't knock them for all the rain that came down. Nice little play area for children and everyone was very friendly.
We stayed for 2 nights and we were pleased with the site and RV park.
This is a very nice campground. It's great for a short stay, right off the highway and easy-in/easy-out. The roads & sites are cement. The sites are level and long enough for the RV & car. The only problem we found is that the water pipe connection is low and it makes it difficult to connect to the sewer, which is right above it. There's a cement patio with a table. There's no cable tv. The shower/bathrooms are large and clean. The laundry is also clean and has 4 washers ($1.50) and 4 dryers ($1.50). Read More

Very nice park. The staff is friendly and the grounds and builds are well maintained. The only problem I had was that the hose bibb handle was stripped. We could not turn on the water. The manager tried to replace it but could not. I was already set up and staying one night. They gave me half off. I would stay again.
This Resort is very convenient to Interstate 10 and although close to I10 it is surprisingly quiet with little traffic noise from the interstate. The park is well kept with a friendly professional staff. When we arrived our paperwork was waiting for us as was our site. I would highly recommend this full service resort for both short and long term stays.
We experienced the same as the reviewer in Oct 2015. Stayed twice on our Christmas trip across I-10. Be sure to have a waffle in the shape of the state of Texas.
What a very nice place! Nice big wide pull through sites. Beautiful landscaping lots of grass and a dedicated pet area for fenced in off leash exercise. After driving across Louisiana and the awful condition of I-10, we needed a nice break and boy did we find it here. Very nice friendly staff. Well-stocked and supplied store, and as a added bonus complementary breakfast including waffles and biscuits and gravy. Would highly recommend to anyone and will most definitely stay there again.
Excellent clean friendly campground! Laundry facilities were reasonable. We loved the sound of the train!
