For a park to be so close to civilization, you get a country setting. Surrounded by horse, cattle, sheep and goat farms is the cleanest park with two ponds (fishing allowed catch and release), pool, laundry room and dog park. the manager, is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
We have stayed here a couple of times a year for several days each time for quite a few years and really like this park. Sites are long, level concrete and utilities are convenient and work well, including wi-fi and cable TV. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We were sorry to see that they lost most of their beautiful old trees a year or so ago during the major freeze but they have new ones planted. Our only complaint is the roads have deteriorated over the past year and the pot holes... Read More

This is a very clean park with level sites. We arrived after hours and had a packet with all materials needed to get to the site. It even had two chocolate chip cookies in the packet. All utilities work flawlessly which were easily accessible. The bathrooms and laundry facilities were very clean along with a well stocked store. Very close to area attractions including the first Monday trade days in Canton, Texas. The interior roads are in need of pot hole repair but otherwise navigable. We camped... Read More

This is our second visit here, just passing through. The staff is very friendly and when you check in, they even give you fresh baked cookies. Nice clean and level concrete sites
We originally came across this campground by chance, looking for a place to stop for the night on the way back home from a long trip and after multiple delays due to weather and mechanical issues. The staff were super friendly and helpful and welcomed us with open arms. Facilities are A++. This was our first stay at Bluebonnet Ridge since our daughter recently moved nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The park and facilities were clean and well maintained. This will definitely be our go to park whenever we come to the area!
Staff and facilities are simply the best! Rates very reasonable. Plenty of room spaces had grass with very level parking. We will be back every winter:)
We stayed here for 2 nights while stopping to visit some family in the area on our way through town. Sites are spacious very clean very well taken care of only wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy all the park had to offer. Laundry on site and it was well maintained, fitness room, pool and hot tub all in great condition. There is some noise from I-20 outside not enough to bother you. People are friendly and the staff is super and their homemade cookies on check in were a nice touch.
Great place! Great amenities, quiet camp, nice people!! Will be back again!
Beautiful RV Park very well maintained and clean. Large paved pull in parking for a big 5th Wheel. Staff was always cheerful and helpful in any way they could assist. Loved the pair of swans on the lake as we pulled in. And the geese that stopped in on their travels south for the winter. The only slight annoyance was that the road from the highway to the park was being repaved, but could still be easily travelled. And if you are a light sleeper and the A/C wasn't running you could hear the... Read More

But like I said, this facility was so nice and reasonably priced for the offered amenities that it goes on the top of my "RV's to revisit" list.

Had a wonderful and restful stay here. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very friendly service, and would recommend staying a few days or longer if you can
Very nice and clean park. Spent a week there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access off interstate. Plenty of room to accommodate 45ft diesel pusher towing car or trailer.
Great campground! Loved our stay!
Bathrooms were very clean. Easy to get in with pull thrus. A lot of space between camp sites. Facility has a nice pool with available grill. Dog park and fully stocked RV store. Gated entrance after hours with easy access to enter. Concrete level pads. Friendly staff during check in Enjoyed our two night stay
We stayed here for a short get away weekend. Campground was very nice and clean with level pads and friendly service. Facility was excellent with a nice little store. We enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, and fished in the pond. We will definitely back.
My husband and I are traveling full time for a few months as he just got out of the Navy as an officer. We have stayed at many of the Top 10 RV parks in the country and understand that there are rules on what is allowed at each park. We have never had a problem having our RV approved as it is a well-kept Class C. This owner has the most discriminatory rules we have ever seen and would not allow us to stay because of the year of our rig. If you look at their website and other reviews, they also limit... We have never had a problem having our RV approved as it is a well-kept Class C. This owner has the most discriminatory rules we have ever seen and would not allow us to stay because of the year of our rig. If you look at their website and other reviews, they also limit the number of people allowed in one site, previously turning away a family that had "too many children." How are these practices allowed? There are plenty of parks in the area (go a little further to Canton and they have a few beautiful parks with wonderful amenities and do not discriminate on who can stay.) Also after the front desk lady told me this, she hung up on me- very rude! I would highly recommend staying elsewhere!

Great campground. Its a beautiful set up - clean and manicured. Office renovation is occurring so there's some inconvenience that can not be helped. The only complaint was the internet. Wifi was so slow that it was totally unusable for any purpose. If I remember correctly the speed was 1.2Mbps upload and .2 Mbps. If it wasn't for the Wifi issue, I would have given this campground 5-stars across the board. I would recommend the Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park email confirmation included driving... Read More

I would recommend the Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park email confirmation included driving directions (i.e. North on Farm to Market 429 (FM 429) for about 1 mile the resort is on the left. My GPS took me off onto Frontage Road without a turn around.

Third visit to this park for extended time, month+ It is a beautiful park. Staff are friendly and helpful. They were busy repairing damage from recent freeze so workout room was not open. Hot tub would have been great as we had lots of cool days. Dog park very clean. Picking up trash is a plus. Will be back!
The park facilities (buildings) were recently flooded otherwise I would rate this park a five. Each RV spot is level with a cement pad. The park was clean, spacious and dog friendly. The staff were welcoming and attentive to any needs. The pond was beautiful and nature abounded including all kinds of birds, turtles, flowers. The park is close to I-20 for easy access. I would stay here again when traveling through Texas.
Beautiful place. Clean and very well maintained and the office staff was a pleasure to talk with and were very helpful. We can't wait to come back in the fall....
This is a beautiful and very well kept park. This is our second stay and it was just as good as the first. I highly recommend this park!
We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very courteous and worked with us in getting a nice location at the park. Our space was very clean and plenty of space between other trailers. It is also a big plus they pick up and refill your propane tanks, at a reasonable rate and they will also pick up your trash for you. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for us.
Beautiful park and lake. Very clean and well cared for. Staff extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
I stayed at Bluebonnet Ridge for 2 years in my travel trailer. I can't imagine a park being any better or more accommodating and welcoming than BBR has been. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the park is clean, safe, and well manicured. My stay was exceptionally comfortable. Thank you BBR staff.
This RV park is everything an RV park should be. It is constantly being improved and maintained. There are new concrete pads on the overnight pull thrus, the landscape is well maintained, with lawns mowed and flowers and shrubs to enhance it. There are park model homes (tiny homes) near the entrance, and it is a very pretty neighborhood, with all yards and spaces maintained. Everything here just makes this park very attractive, and the people who work here are super nice. Everyone is very accommodating... Read More

Clean, friendly rv park that is very well maintained. Convenient to I-20. Nice dog park, pool, and hot tub with a small well stocked store. Large sites both gravel and cement pads. Best rv park we've stayed at in over 3 years. Would highly recommend this park to others.
Easy, friendly reservation experience, called to confirm we were still coming "after hours" and allowed late check in. Very accommodating for travelers. Even left us cookies - what a nice surprise! Also, nice dog park- dog friendly. Close to Dallas, but far enough away - not a "downtown" location- easy access off highway. Would go back!
Very nice park and well maintained. Has park models in first part of park. Easy in and out. Relatively level. Street is paved and the site is gravel. Site has a picnic table. We were in a pull through, it has 50/30/20amp for the FHU that is plenty long and we did not have to unhook. There is plenty of room between sites. There is a very nice club house with pool table, kitchen, game tables and small store, laundry room. There's a small swing set area, good dog park, tennis court and they sale propane.... Read More

Only had 2 bars of AT&T service, wifi & cable is good. Bathroom/shower is a private suite and decent size with hot water and good hooks. Exit 506 and follow FM429 about a mile, the park is on the left. They give military and good sam discount.

Overnight-er. Restrooms clean though only 2 with shwr for males, same for females. Pool was small, but clean. Clean, level, and nice staff. Sadly like most RV sites, wifi wasn't good! Fairly close to re-enter highway, but avoid gps that takes you down very poor road to shortcut access.
Nice BIG pull through sites. Price is good $37. Just a one night stop over passing through, but overall good.
It was a good park, gravel drive but friendly people. Great dog park. I would recommend this for a short stay and prices were reasonable.
