This RV park has some plusses. The location is only minutes from downtown. The restroom/showers are large and comfortable with good hot water and heaters. And the hookups were good. But there's no privacy between sites, wifi is iffy and unsecured (no password), and customer service was nil. There are only 2 bathroom/shower combos, so if 2 folks are taking showers, no one else has access to restrooms. This RV park has some plusses. The location is only minutes from downtown. The restroom/showers are large and comfortable with good hot water and heaters. And the hookups were good. But there's no privacy between sites, wifi is iffy and unsecured (no password), and customer service was nil. There are only 2 bathroom/shower combos, so if 2 folks are taking showers, no one else has access to restrooms. When we arrived to check in, a sign was on the door that due to illness the office was closed. No instructions had been provided, and all 3 contact phone numbers provided went to voice mail. We were finally able to speak with a park host who gave us the passcode for the restrooms, but we didn't realize that same code wasn't good for the laundry room, so we were locked out of there. And no one notified us that this was a Good Sam park when we made our reservation (we're new to the club), so we missed out on our discount. When we checked out, the clerk was friendly, but our check-in experience was less than professional, so the best I can give is 3 stars.

We are avid rv'ers. The webmaster did a masterful job portraying this facility. Parking you truck with your rig isn't happening. Bathroom facilities are well below standard. We have multiple parties going on at this time and the office is not answering.
