Perfectly located to beach/Newport/Walport. Lots of nice hedges that created privacy. Nice trees, Lot #23 & #24 have direct access to beach. Park staff were nice. Had a fenced in dog park. Make reservations & know your spot, don't expect staff to be at office in off season. One main negative the RV park lights. Way too bright, ruins the star viewing. Should at least have timers. The road 101 is right in front of park, but it didn't affect us at all. Seal Rock beach is one of the best in the area due to the tide pools.
We would stay there again.

Stayed there for 3 days in February. What makes this park outstanding is the direct views of the ocean from most sites in the park. You can watch the ocean waves breaking on the rocks. Tide pools are present during low tide. Seals (as the name suggests) are also present on the rocks. Short walk to the beach from the park. Well maintained park for a small private RV park. Also check out their webpage. It has detailed information on each of the sites... which is helpful in selecting what... Read More

We have a new 40' RV, so some spaces would be a bit small and difficult to maneuver in the upper parts of the park.
Overall it was very pleasant and the view is what makes this park work.
The only downside is the road noise from 101 in the lower sections of the park. Also the beach access area is very small. So no long walks on the beach at this location.
Lastly the owners/staff are very friendly! Their positive and friendly attitude was great!
