We stayed in Site D01 for 3 nights. It's off by itself next to the bounce pad, swings and bath house. At first, I was hesitant because it's at the back of the parking area, but it has a large concrete pad, very large shade trees and backs up to the green space. The people that work camp at the park were very friendly, as were all of the neighbors. The laundry room was fairly clean and reasonably priced at $2.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Great produce market close by - Dublin Farm. We loved... Read More

This is a well kept park and the owners are great. They were always pleasant and helpful. We would def recommend. We did not use the bathrooms so cannot comment on that but I'm guessing they are fine as everything else was well cared for.
We stayed a few nights on a chilly rainy weekend- had a great time though at one of the catch and release ponds! We had the dogs with us, but didn't use the dog park, as it was up a grassy hill, and wet. It looked new and well kept. Very nice shower facilities, Ultra clean Campground, level gravel site. They are upgrading to a KOA Holiday resort. The site we were at was a 30 a back-in, and the camp host helped us park- as this is our first year camping. Very friendly staff! Quiet and secluded-... I actually hesitate to leave a good review - I'd like to keep this hidden gem of a campground a secret! We stayed here for just a weekend getaway - and will definitely be back! We stayed on one of their premium sites - very level, nice sized patio area, plenty of grass all around, lots of shade. The campground is small enough that everything is within easy walking distance. TV reception was not good (I'm sure because of all of the trees) but you don't camp to watch TV! There were a lot of families... Read More

The beach and fishing areas very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We didn't visit the restrooms/showers so can't rate them.

Sites were gravel, roomy, green grass, table, fire ring nice clean campground good for 1 or more day stay a little hard to find activities for young kids were available.
This is a very nice campground, with a friendly and professional staff.
We only stayed for an overnight. Had a problem with the camper in the morning and the staff was SUPER helpful in getting the issue solved. I would highly recommend this camp ground!!!
This was the nicest, friendliest place that I believe we have ever stayed. We very much enjoyed our stay and will return.
Overrated. Lots of rules.
We just stayed one night on our way home to Canada. we called in the afternoon and were allowed to arrive after hours and pay the following morning which was very nice. We picked this campground specifically because it had a 9.5 rating from Good Sam and this was important to us. We were very disappointed with the showers - they looked as though they had been constructed in the 1950s, with painted rough-sided plywood and 'handyman' special finishes. the shower head was about 1" in diameter and... We picked this campground specifically because it had a 9.5 rating from Good Sam and this was important to us. We were very disappointed with the showers - they looked as though they had been constructed in the 1950s, with painted rough-sided plywood and 'handyman' special finishes. the shower head was about 1" in diameter and you had to press a button to start the water which then lasted 10 seconds until you had to press it again. there was no way to change the temperature either. the water from the shower could not be directed very far from the wall so you ended up having to stand against the wall to get wet. the pressure and volume of water was not great either. The showers/toilets are unheated so feel damp. I did not think they were particularly clean either - the cheap white wire shower caddy on the wall was rusted in many places.
We did not use any of the other camp facilities but it was pleasant enough.
we do wonder how the ratings are achieved - we have stayed in many other Good Sam parks that are 9.5 rated and they are much much better.

We stayed here for an overnite while on a trip from Florida to Michigan. It is not easy finding campgrounds that are open this early in the season. The owners live on property and they could not have been nicer. We had a nice large pull thru site with good wifi signal. We did not use any of the other facilities as were were not staying but overnite and the weather was cold. This seems like a great campground for spring/summer/fall stays and we would not hesitate to return for a longer stay.
This is a clean, well kept RV park. The weather was starting to change so it was not that busy as people were winterizing their RV's. The owners are very nice and work hard at upkeep. Our space was 100' at least and easy to get into. The only complaint I have is that the street you take to the park (sky view) is very narrow with a island in the middle. It is not conducive to making a wide turn. I would definitely call the park and find a different street to take into the park. I will recommend... Read More

This place is always welcoming by the facilities and the people. They treat all campers as family. I have found this campground relaxing when I need to get away from the 7 day a week grind I have in Indy. I enjoy the hiking path the have along the perimeter with White River on one side as I am an avid birder The only negative is not being able to use our mat in front of the camper. I do understand their reason for the regulation as they want to keep the grass green and presentable for all campers,... Read More

This park is roomy with lots of hiking trails, but doesn't live up to the 10 rating. I'd give it a 7. Many permanent sites with all their "stuff". Some grass and some gravel sites. Friendly, helpful staff. Park is quiet. Poor Wifi. No cable and TV reception is spotty. They don't want mats on grass but there is not enough gravel.
