Beautiful park, small, right on Rogue River. I would give five stars however, I-5 is just across Rogue River, so there's plenty of traffic noise. Landscaping is beautiful, grounds are kept very clean, owners always out and about. Dog area somewhat small at front of park, but entire park is very walkable. WiFi signal very weak at bottom of park. We had to go to dayroom to get on internet. Nice walking path just down 99 and across the bridge (which has a pedestrian path). Very convenient location... Was here for 3 weeks. It's a small park with only 40 sites that are very tight. More than 20 of the sites are full time residents. If you have pets make sure to read fully the extensive list of rules. Make sure you don't allow your pets to "urinate or defecate" on the residential grass even if you clean up after them or you will be reported and get a phone call from the "manager". Geese however are allowed to go where ever they want so watch where you walk. It's a bit noisy being located between... Read More

Geese however are allowed to go where ever they want so watch where you walk. It's a bit noisy being located between I-5 and the old highway but the river is nice. Not recommended if you are going to have a friend or relative visit as there is no place for them to park. Any parking is assigned to the full time residents. There are 2 places by the office but the road is blocked by cones and there is a big motorhome parked there blocking the parking. If you are visiting you have to track down the "manager" and ask where you are permitted to park. They turn off the WiFi between 7 and 8 at night for some reason and its not available again until morning. The "dog area" is nice but by the old highway where I saw some nefarious looking people walking by every day. Makes walking your pet after dark an adventure. The restroom/showers are clean but make sure you check out the hand written signs taped to the doors. They involve "loose bowels", quite charming. One of the residents is a little old guy that does some light maintenance for the park, mostly dumpster diving for recycled items and hand watering. He starts about 4am. I won't be returning as I never felt welcomed and never relaxed as I couldn't shake the feeling that I was breaking one of their many rules.
