The good news about this park is the location. It is very close to main arterials and easy to access--this is all good considering it is in an urban area. It is also quiet. This has permanent mobile homes, long term full-timers, and a few short-stays such as myself. The park is surprisingly quiet considering the location. The short term sites are tight as a spitwad and back-in. They are packed gravel and have a narrow concrete patio. No tables. Sites A and B have a utility pole directly in... Read More

The short term sites are tight as a spitwad and back-in. They are packed gravel and have a narrow concrete patio. No tables. Sites A and B have a utility pole directly in front between them--I am reasonably adept at backing and it was difficult as one must approach the sites at close to a 90 degree angle. The managers fear COVID. There is no personal contact. You must pay cash and leave it in an envelope which we did. We received no receipt and no information regarding wifi--and I needed wifi for work. I called, left a message, and heard nothing back--really sucked. There is a sign on the laundry/shower facility indicating that the facility is disinfected twice a day. Perhaps so. However, I must wonder when the wad of hair that was in the women's shower on Saturday (near the window) was still there on Monday morning. And on Monday, there were no paper towels in the dispenser by the sinks. The showers and restrooms are definitly rundown. The laundry, which I did not use, seemed ok. Avoid this park if you lack confidence backing your trailer.

I have never had a near altercation at a park with an employee before today. We pulled into this park, paid and drove to our site. The site had the water and sewer hook ups under the RV. Yes, under the RV. Once you pull in over the hookups, you get to climb under your RV to connect a hose and the sewer hose. Hopefully you have enough room between the hook up and the bottom of your rig, otherwise you are out of luck. While we were hooking up, the park manager stopped by for the second time... Read More

Hopefully you have enough room between the hook up and the bottom of your rig, otherwise you are out of luck. While we were hooking up, the park manager stopped by for the second time during our parking and I asked him why the hookups were under the pad as that is horribly bad for RVers. He jumped in my face, poking his finger at my nose, telling me that he didn't like my attitude. I asked him with a "please" to not poke his finger in my face and he asked me if I wanted to try to assault him. LOL. I told him it was just a bad set up for a full size RV and he proceeded to lecture me about how he was doing me a favor by letting us stay at the park and that I could F off and leave. My wife and I went to the office to see if we could talk to someone more reasonable and he was waiting in the office with who we guess is his wife. She started in on us before the door closed that we had a bad attitude and that we should leave because they had no use for our bad attitude. My wife asked if we would get our money back and the office manager threw our check at her, gave us a few more F offs and told us not to ever come back. Deal! The park is seriously sketchy. They would have gotten a 1 star review even before the altercations. The park is mostly long term/full time residents that have super old park models, trailers, etc. with junk all over the place. They have cars parked randomly around the sites and along the streets making it nearly impossible to get to your site. I try not to be negative about the parks, but the managers here and the trashiness of the park in general make this one to avoid at all costs.

Zero sense of respect and consideration for guests. Upon arrival, it's obvious that the park is less than well-kept, and the water and sewer RV hookups are close together, which could mean cross-contamination. They're also fully under the RV once parked. Staff are quick to fly off the handle and are overall unnecessarily aggressive-they'll get in your face, throw things at you, and shout at you. Would not recommend!

This is primarily a mobile home park. The RV sites are very tight and all are back-in. Cash only. Location only so-so. They sold us a site that was already occupied. Moved us to a mobile home spot with hook-ups under the rig. Unacceptable. We will definitely not stay here again, ever. This park should be removed from Good Sam.

Wow. I want to say something nice but I'm having a tough time. We needed the site for storage and electric only. There was no break on the price. That is the first time in 6 years we have paid full price when we weren't even in the unit. The interior roads are narrow for large rigs - doable, but narrow. Lots of speed bumps- more like speed mountains - they are big. The handful of sites for RVs are narrow and short, with broken concrete. We thought for sure we had busted a tire trying to back into... That is the first time in 6 years we have paid full price when we weren't even in the unit. The interior roads are narrow for large rigs - doable, but narrow. Lots of speed bumps- more like speed mountains - they are big. The handful of sites for RVs are narrow and short, with broken concrete. We thought for sure we had busted a tire trying to back into the site. We had to park the car sideways to keep it out of the road. Not much space between sites either. It was hot so we had all three A/Cs running. After a few minutes, they all shut off. We reset the breaker at the post and tried again. Same deal. After the third time, we went to the office. They said it was due to the service that was being done on some lines in the park. Not so. My husband figured out that the 50amp circuit breaker was bad. Back to the office. The lady at the front desk pointed at a man leaving in a golf cart and said that's who we needed to talk to. We chased him down and explained the problem. First thing he did was look at his watch - 20 minutes until the office closed. Uh oh. Although he was less than personable, he did replace the circuit. And don't even think about using the WII FI. It was unusable.
