Love this park!. My only pet peeve is they should have designated employee parking area. Everytime I go to the office to pay rent or buy supplies, the employees or maintenance vehicles take up 3-6 parking spaces right at the front door. Maybe just me.
We are Good Sam members. We have stayed at this place off and on several times for the last several years. We have never had a complaint about this park. We have always been treated courteously and the park offers all amenities. The reasons we chose this park is because it is a Good Sam park and the long Pull through. We have a 40 Ft Class A Motorhome towing either a vehicle or a 20 Ft trailer. However today 6/20/20 was different. I made a reservation online on 6/13/20 and was reserved an XL pull... Read More

I made a reservation online on 6/13/20 and was reserved an XL pull through according to my confirmation. When we arrived, the space we were given still had a small camper (in a 65 foot pull through) in it. When I went back to the office, the clerk called the people that were in the spot and from what I can understand, the people in the spot next to our assigned spot had reserved both spots, both were supposed to leave today but requested yesterday to stay another night. Apparently whomever OK'd that only confirmed it for one spot instead of both. They were not going to move. So they tried to appease us by offering another pull through site in the park. We MIGHT have fit in the space but we could have never gotten out since this area is narrow and designed for campers or 5 th wheels that can be maneuvered easily and not a 40 Ft Motorhome towing. We didn't have a choice but to leave and had to try and find another site for the night. Luckily we did find one. They offered our next stay free but we will not be staying there again. I reserved 7 days in advance and my card was charged the day I reserved (6/13/20). Then to get there and be told we didn't have a spot.

Red River Rose RV Resort is an awesome place to stay. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Absolutely the best RV resort!
Although this looks like it was at one time a very nice resort, it is run down and needs maintenance. The area around our RV was littered with dog waste and ant piles everywhere. There was slippery mud near the water hook up where I actually fell. It could be a beautiful place to stay but needs some tender loving care. On the plus side the lake is beautiful there's a very nice clubhouse and the cable TV was very strong. The bathrooms were also very nice which is always welcome.
I really liked staying here. Really easy to find my spot. Really nice parking pads.
We stayed there one night on our journey to Colorado, Host were very nice and courteous, restrooms were extremely clean and grounds were very clean, just wish we had more time to spend there. R. Thibodaux, Marrero, la.
is a very nice park. We stayed overnight here on our way North and we're very pleased. The park is very clean and easy to navigate with a big rig. The roads and sites are rock but very firm and level. Well groomed with a nice clean lake in the middle for fishing and swimming. There is also a pool and play area for children. Wifi and cable worked well. We would gladly stay here again. We camped at Hidden Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel
I travel all around the country for work and have seen all sizes and types of RV parks, this one was one of the best. Not too far from the interstate, not too far from Ardmore. My space had a nice large level concrete pad to park my camper. It was large enough to handle my 38' 5th wheel. There's a nice large pond in the middle of the park that has a pair of water slides going into it. It looks like it would be a blast in the summertime. If I'm ever back in Ardmore you better believe I'll be back.... Read More

They had a Superbowl party for the park at the club house while I was there. The park attendant came and invited me over personally. Camping here was a great experience all around.

Beautiful facilities with good size mostly level very long sites. Wifi very good. But if you like peace and quiet this is not the place for you! 100 yards off I 35. Race track right down the road and of course the railroad tracks. No quiet evening fire for you
Very nice campground in all ways. The only thing I did not like is the campground is right by I35 and you hear loud traffic noise day and night.
Well developed park with improvements being done. Good helpful staff and excellent facilities. Served our 5 RV group with good sites and friendship. We can be sure to return. They are building a lot of add ons. Nice!!!
