We frequently use this campground as an overnight stopover to and from our mountain destination. This year, we discovered it had been purchased by another party just 6 weeks prior to our stay. The new owner even greeted us with popsicles (it was well into the 90's). What a thoughtful gesture! It's not a large campground, but the overall cleanliness and beauty draw us to it year after year. The bathrooms are air conditioned and spotless. The grounds feature a beautiful pond with a pavilion... Read More

The level concrete sites come with a huge patio and plenty of space to park your truck, etc. Full hook-ups are wonderful too. As long as the new owner keeps up the park like the old owners did, we will continue to return. A side note...there is no pool for the kiddos, but for retirees who are just stopping for a good night's sleep, this is the one.

This park is among the very best RV parks we've had the pleasure of visiting. Pull-thru site with full hookups at a very reasonable rate. The site we were assigned for our trailer was almost perfectly level with concrete pads. Nice view from our site of small lake and golf course. Facility owners were very friendly and helpful. We did find that their signage was very poor - hard to recognize by "Bailey" name from the road and once inside the facility there are no signs to indicate where to... Read More

Very clean, peaceful and quiet, we love this place
This is a small park and hard to find, but worth it. It is on the West side of Seneca, off US36, but behind a new motel the Settle Inn. The two are not connected in business, just neighbors. Watch for the signs to turn into the park (drive next to Dollar General). There are about 24 full hook up sites 30a and 50a. The access roads are gravel, the pads are long, level cement. We did not unhook our tow. The owner/manager is down the road at another business; just fill out an envelope and put it in... Read More

The base price is very low, then add for what ever extra you might want. The owner lives onsite and maintains it meticulously. The park, small as it is, is very neat and clean, There are lawns and a pond with a walkway around it, and it all over looks a golf course. The bathrooms are very big and clean, attractive and comfortable. There also is a large laundry. The park is safe and secure and well lit at night. There is less road noise being behind the motel. There are stores nearby if you need to restock.
