We stayed 1 night while traveling through the area. This was a return visit after about a 7-year absence. The park is a short drive from US 95 (Airport Way Exit) along city streets. It is located in town close to services. The check-in time of 1 PM is strictly applied. 45-day maximum stay limit. The 15-cent processing fee for reservations is the most reasonable found anywhere. The interior roads are paved. They are narrow with parked vehicle encroachment & tight turns making maneuvering... Read More

The interior roads are paved. They are narrow with parked vehicle encroachment & tight turns making maneuvering larger RV’s a little challenging. The traffic pattern requires looping around the park to get in and out depending upon site assignment. There is a mixture of back-ins, P/T’s and tent sites. A few of P/T sites were long enough to say connected to a toad. The RV sites are narrow & there isn’t much distance between the sites but there was sufficient room to open slides. The parking pads are concrete. This park seems to understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were generally level and flat. They have full hook ups – water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The utility connections were towards the middle of the sites. The sewer connection was above ground making it difficult to establish a downhill flow depending on discharge point. Sites have an outside table & BBQ grill but no fire pits as open fires are prohibited. Site orientation is sporadic throughout the park so it is difficult to predict RV’s casting shade onto the patio side. The landscaping still doesn’t interfere with satellite reception. Was able to get DISH programming with a portable mobile dish sitting on the ground. No cable service mentioned but saw a cable running from the utility box to RV’s in a couple of sites. The park brochure made no mention of broadcast channels. Scan revealed about 52 OTA channels (including the major networks mostly out of Portland). Didn’t try the park provided password protected WiFi. Our Winegard Air 360+ hotspot worked well. Didn’t try the NET10 phone so don’t know about cell phone reception. No designated fenced pet area. There were bag dispensers and collection stations for waste around the park. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park’s roads, the adjacent event grounds parking lot & city street.

This review may be a bit controversial but I loved this place. It isn't a resort as they don't have cable TV or wifi or a pool but their spots are very roomy. Probably the largest I've seen. I have satellite TV and great wifi so I didt need those services. There are tons of room to walk or ride a bike without worrying about traffic. I plan to book several stays there in 2023 to visit family in the area.

If you are looking for a concrete parking lot with hookups, this is your place. Sites are too close together, pads are barely big enough, no room for sitting outside the vehicle in most spots. Back in sites have no room for tow vehicle to stay hooked up. Other than that it's perfect. Oh, and did I mention that there is no wifi...not just weak wifi...no wifi...none. How is that even possible in this day and age? Laundry room had 2 working washers out of 4, and 3 working dryers out of 5. Trash dumpster... Read More

Dog walk area was locked up. On the plus side, staff was friendly and rest room was clean and nice. Won't go back.

I was traveling through the area and just need a place to sleep for the night. I had booked my reservation online and paid in full in advance two days in advance. After driving all day I pulled up to check in but was refused entry because I was in a Ford Transit Van conversation , not a “Real” RV. I was refunded all my money.

Arrived after a long day of driving to find our reserved spot was taken by someone else. They have the “right” to reassign your space. We reserved long ago and requested a site with no one behind us. Re-assigned site had dog poop on the concrete and all over the gravel. No one had removed the weeds, cigarette butts also in the gravel. Concrete was covered with rocks. Water spigot was leaking. Spent 30 minutes cleaning up before we could set up. Office was non-apologetic and did not offer... Read More

Restrooms close at 4:30! Won’t be back and do not recommend this park to anyone else.

This configuration puts your towed vehicle directly in the way of the neighbor's table & outside area. Yes, concrete spaces, but area was clean and well kept up. It is good for an overnight stop. Close to food, gas, highway, golf course and eating. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Great open space at the Expo area, walking area for us and our dog. Would not be adverse to returning next year.

Concrete camping at its best. Laundry was very small and unattended. Evening staff was belligerent. Left early and won't come back.
