Mazama Campground at Crater Lake. Very nice location. Most sites are crescent moon style pull thru. A few even have 30 Amp Electric. Each space had a campfire ring, picnic table and bear proof food box. 4 miles from the visitor center and 7 from Rim Village at Crater Lake. Check out the Crater Lake Lodge, so nice. Wonderful views and a complete camp store with restaurant. The food services were good and reasonably priced. We will go back as we didn't have enough time to really get out and hike.... Read More

But all the staff at the campground was great. $31.00 a night / $35.00 a night for site with electric.

Nice National Park facility with variable roomy and reasonably level sites both back-in and pull-through. Some sites fairly private; a few have electric; otherwise basic dry camping. Check-in booth a bit clumsy and slow (run by concessionaire). We were off-season, arrived early, and had good pick of sites. Would be a challenge for late-arriving big rigs, as loops and most sites are tight. Restrooms are basic and typical public condition. Not disgusting, but below my average rating. Right by south... Right by south entrance and not close to major park attractions. Note: I rate 3 stars as average/acceptable.
