If you want to stay in a zoo then this RV Park is for you! Packed in like sardines, security does nothing about noise or cars parked in the road. If there was an emergency you wouldn't be able to get out. They do have great WIFI and mail service.

The best part about this park is it's location. You can walk to town and the pier in just a few minutes. The park itself is not on the ocean but an entryway is only a short distance away. The park is large and the spaces are a little tight. There is little separation from your neighbors and limited landscaping. The park is clean and well maintained as are the restrooms. There are plenty of activities such as pickle ball, shuffleboard, hoops and a nice pool area. The common area includes a... Read More

Very family oriented park with a great staff. Nice and clean, great restrooms, store and restaurant. Our only complaint is everyone is squished in close together.

This is a real RESORT. The sites are not paved but are of a surface that has no dust and no mud. The resort is extremely well maintained with spotless restrooms. They have a huge laundry facility, restaurant, game room, short walk to the beach and the city boardwalk. The best wifi we have had since we left home! The office is very friendly and helpful! This is a must stay when in Pismo Beach! We had a great time even though it was windy!

This is a large RV park on the coast just 3 or 4 blocks south of downtown Pismo Beach. It has great facilities, pool, mini-golf, a general store and on-site restaurant. While it isn't exactly "on the beach" you have direct access to the sand where you are separated from the ocean by a tide pool/river. You can get on the beach by walking one block north of the resort. The sites are pretty much all back in with full hookups. Your neighbors are close. The bathrooms are kept clean and are conveniently located. We paid $58.24 per night.

Other than our next door neighbor's fire blowing smoke into our RV all night, we loved this place.

Disappointing in the DTV as it worked and then would not work. Super bowl Sunday and I heard a few were upset with the cable. Overall a nice place as long as you enjoy being a Sardine and packed in.

Beautiful park, excellent facilities and close to the beaches. Campsites are small but very well maintained. A lot of things for kids to do in the park and great place to stay.
