This was approximately the 7th time my husband and I stayed at Indian Trails and the first time we had a small family reunion there, but won't be the last! Everyone had such a great time! In our group, there was a class A at a full hookup site, we had our class C on a waterfront site, my daughter and her husband stayed in a tent site, and my brother's family rented a cabin, so we tested all the amenities! There were 9 adults, 6 children, ages 5 -17, and 9 dogs in the group. Everyone is ready... Read More

There were 9 adults, 6 children, ages 5 -17, and 9 dogs in the group. Everyone is ready to go back and stay longer. We all had fun playing the 18 miniature golf course. It's not real fancy with windmills or anything, but it kept us entertained. The swimming pond with inflatables was a huge hit with kids and adults. The indoor pool was fun for those who wanted a quick late night swim. The dog park was perfect for allowing us to let the dogs off leash to play for awhile. EVERYONE caught a fish. We spent a lot of time fishing and had a blast. The bathrooms are the nicest, cleanest bathrooms I've seen at any campground anywhere. The management takes a great amount of pride in the facilities and it shows. Quiet hours are strictly enforced, as well as the 5 mph speed limit. Golf carts and motorcycles are not allowed, which keeps noise and traffic to minimum. The roads and sites are gravel, but well maintained and very level. So many amenities we didn't have time to enjoy them all. There is a dirt bike track, a mountain bike trail, hiking trail, kayak and paddle boat rentals, plus I just saw on Facebook they are putting in a new outdoor pool. Oh, and themed weekends for families.

This campground has it all including beautiful views. Playground and pool were great. Best cabins for the grandparents by far of any other campground we have seen. We like that they insist the 5 mph! Great signage. Awesome store and food too! We will be booking for next year!
This was one of the nicer campgrounds that my family has been too. They have a lot of activities for kids of all ages. We went swimming at the lake, built sand castles on the beach, played mini golf, had fun at the large playground, and enjoyed the indoor heated pool and game room. They also offer Good Sam discounts which is always great.
