While the "big rig" logo is displayed, the park roads are very narrow and require lots of stressful maneuvering to get in and out. The road outside the park has a steep angle in and out that could be an issue for some motorhomes, especially when leaving the park, the approach angle could cause the front of the coach to drag on the road, the many "divots" there are proof. We elected to travel about 1.5 miles down a very narrow road to avoid this exit to hwy 70. The staff is very courteous and helpful... Read More

Our site required moving back and forth several times to achieve "level". We will look for another option for our 45ft motorhome. The location seems convenient for the local attractions.

Let me start by saying this is our second visit to this park in the last 2 years. Also, be aware that the park is doing a significant makeover to the tenting area. To its credit, this park is a KOA trying to adapt to the realities of "big-rigs" and the accompanying toads. The approach into the campground is steep and the mandatory office checkin is reminiscent of what worked for RV parks 20 years ago. We have a 33' 5th wheel and many of the turns are tight even for our rig. I will say that the staff... Read More

We stayed on site L2, which was very narrow (like all of section L) and relatively short. We stayed hooked up as our gravel site was reasonably level, however, many of the other L sites were not level and required a great deal of parking gymnastics to keep from blocking the narrow access roads. The sites are very narrow - we could put out the slides, but not our awnings. Our camping neighbor started a fire in his campfire ring which was situated about 6 feet from our slide. We will look elsewhere the next time we are in the Hot Springs area.

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA Hot Springs. It was the coldest it had been in Hot Springs during our visit. The staff was welcoming and the grounds were well kept. The laundry had plenty of washers and dryers all located inside the warm bathhouse. The restrooms were also clean and warm with plenty of showers so there was no waiting. The trails were plentiful and my kids and dogs alike enjoyed them. The dog park was the perfect touch to allow our pups some leash free play time. The sites were level... Read More

The sites were level and concrete slabs were at each site to allow for level lounging. The fire ring was a nice size and grates were provided to allow for over fire cooking. The only downside was the cable was weak but adequate. We will be back!

Pool open but not cleaned.Algea and leaves. Disgusting! Near end of season. Mini golf, unkept. Leaves, debris, barely playable. This place is next to a 4 wheel monster jeep A tv park so big trailers and noise all day and night. One campsite had 15 dogs in a portable fence. Would hate to be the next one to get this urine soaked spot. Many barking dogs. This place is ignoring KOA rules that dogs outside must be leashed and in control of its owner. Great location, good wifi, good cable tv, ok . sites.... Read More
