We have stayed at Phillips RV Park many times in the past. But we will not be returning there. We encountered MANY issues at this park this time. 1) the space they assigned us was already occupied! We made our way towards the back of the park with our 40' + toad, only to find there was no spot for us! (assigned us 13, but there was already someone in 13, and the towable in 11 was using the utilities for 11. So no where for us) ugh. We checked the map up front to find something else, and tried... (assigned us 13, but there was already someone in 13, and the towable in 11 was using the utilities for 11. So no where for us) ugh. We checked the map up front to find something else, and tried one spot but it was much too narrow, meaning we couldn't put out our slides. We ended up in a THIRD spot which worked ok - but our toad was out in the road a bit. Sheesh!! After a full day of driving, that is ridiculous and super annoying.
2) there was no after hours number available to help us out, and we tried knocking and calling several times.
3) there are huge rocks/boulders placed around the park on corners that almost prevent a big rig from driving through and making turns within the park.
4) all the trash cans in the park were stuffed full and overflowing. Bags of trash were on the ground all around the trash cans.
5) When exiting from the third spot we settled on, we had to make a super sharp right turn onto the street to get back to the interstate. Not ideal and we had to swing waaay out into the other lanes of traffic.
In summary, we obviously were very upset about having to go from place to place to place, with no help from park management, after a long drive. It took an hour or more to get settled. We have stayed several times in this rv park, but never again.

Should have been a red flag when we called and the lady was rude on the phone . She was just as rude when we checked in . Guess she either hates her job or needs a vacation. NEVER had anyone treat us like that at ANY campground we ever went to. Our site was in bad need of gravel . Glad the rain missed us or we would have been I guess in and out in mud . It was just a one night stay But not A campground we would ever go back to. Loud traffic and trains topped off the rest of the bad stay . Read More

Rustic setting. Mostly level site. They called and verified stay the day before. Thought that was nice. They honored Good Sam card. Full hook-ups. Had a pull though site. Nice shade and lots of trees and flowers. Would stay here again.
Arrived at park . They changed my site I had booked . Would not honor my Goodsam discount. Tried to stick me in a site too short and very un even. I have stayed at this park the last five years. It's obvious there's been a change in owners. Left the park and stayed at Twin Pines goodsam park. Won't stay at Phillips park as long as the same folks are running it. Sad use to be a very nice park.
One night stay. Overall nice place, and would return again. Did not use bathrooms. Friendly staff, well kept place, lots of trees so many spots shaded, and some satelitte TV reception blocked or iffy. Nothing negative about the place. They have a nice grassed area for tenters.
Nice quiet park with plenty of trees and shade! Gravel sites. Strong wifi. Definitely will stay here again.
Good basic campground that offers reasonable value for your money. Not a lot of extras (didn't use the restrooms so I didn't rate them). The individual sites are close together, but adequate. Like most parks there are a number of long term residents and it seems their sites are always a mess, filled with junk and the campground seems to tolerate that, but we find it annoying. I dont pay good money and do my share to keep the place nice only to have to camp next to someone that doesn't care. On top... Read More

I dont pay good money and do my share to keep the place nice only to have to camp next to someone that doesn't care. On top of that they always seem to have visitors that make a lot of noise, don't follow the rules (like picking up after their dog) and generally annoy everyone. Sites are level with gravel surfaces, utilities are in proper working order but seem to be lacking on on-going maintenance (30 amp outlet needed replacement), it was worn to the point where my plug would slip out if it were not for the enclosure cover. Seems to be an issue with most campgrounds that we visit, scrimping on maintenance to improve profits? Long term this is a big mistake !

We stayed here for 1 night while traveling through the area. The park is a short drive from I-80 (Exit 6) along a city street. The registration parking is limited causing some RV's to remain on the main road. We arrived in the early afternoon when the office was closed. There was a sign explaining the staff was working in the park, but provided no other instruction. Found a staff person out in the park. Was told to take an open site then come into the office once it opens around 3 PM. The... Read More

The interior roads are gravel. They are narrow with parked vehicle & tree encroachment and tight turns making maneuvering a larger RV's a little challenging.
The RV sites are narrow & there isn't much distance between the sites but there was sufficient room to open slides. While the park claims pull through sites, our P/T site was just long enough to stay connected to a toad. The parking pads are gravel.
This park seems to understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were generally level and flat. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The utility connections were spread out along the length of the sites. The sewer connection was at the rear of the site requiring a lot of hose so didn't connect for 1 night. Some sites have an outside table but no fire pits.
There was an extensive tree canopy throughout the park so satellite reception would be dependent upon your site. Saw only a few sites with roof mounted satellite dishes. No map or camp brochure was provided at check-in. Warning in the office advising of 90 - 100 lbs of water pressure.
The park provided WiFi was good. NET10 phone reception was good as well.
No designated fenced pet area but there was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads. Didn't see any waste collection stations but there was a dumpster centrally located for waste.
We would not stay here again while traveling through the area.
TIP: Dominos delivered to the park. There was a family restaurant across the street within walking distance.

Nice park, 50 amp power very weak, cable snowy, wi-if adequate , very nice shade, but watch out for the sap. No real dog park, but Bear River walk close by. Bring your own poop bags. Some dandelion stickers so watch out for sore dog feet.
The lady was very nice, the park is well kept, will go there again when we are in the area.
We stayed here going north and on the way back. I did not go to the restrooms on our first stay. I did go to the restrooms on the second stay. I have to say I was very surprised at how dirty the bathrooms are. Not messy or littered but the floor and shower stalls could seriously use a thorough cleaning. I would not want to take a shower there. The park itself is okay. We had a pull through space. Most of the parks we used on this trip (end of May through 2nd week of June) were very busy, this... I would probably not stay here again if I had a choice.

Stopped in on our approach to Yellowstone. Great jumping off point. RV Park is good and clean. Not so quiet though. Busy road along fence and railroad nearby. Close to interstate highway 80 makes it quick to get to. Good roads out of town to Jackson and Yellowstone. Would certainly stop again.
Enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. Sites could use some attention. Overall is a nice park
We stayed here while traveling, Staff was friendly, easy check in and spaces were easy to pull in and out. Nice quiet area , Strong WIFI signal , Great cable, water & pressure. Price was reasonable and would recommend this to be a stop on your trip.
Pulled in during a thunderstorm. Called in advance and was told our site location. Easy in, quick hook up, Beautiful morning, nice location, owner stopped by to chat. Would stay there again.
