The bathroom and showers are in poor condition. They don't seem to care. Igo there every year . Thank goodness I have shower in my camper but so sad for those who have to use bathhouse.

Really slack on maintenance for restrooms and showers also on dumping trash in picnic area. Boat ramp lights don't work Really concerned that they're letting things get run down

On Lake Anna, the venue is quite nice with small sand beaches, shade trees, good fishing, kayaking, power boating, and boat ramps. Sites are not well developed for fifth wheels and are better suited for tents or smaller trailers. Leveling required 6 inches of blocking on one side, so be prepared. Roads are narrow, windy, and hilly so, while quaint and very 60ish, navigation can be difficult for larger rigs. There is one small shower house with 4 stalls and very low water pressure, which is not sufficient for a full park. The remainder of the park is serviced by portajons, which were never cleaned during my 5 day stay over Memorial Day. The dump station was not on level ground and had no water hookup for flushing tanks, which made dumping the black water tank difficult.

Its an Ok place. A little tired and needs updating. No 50 amp hookups.
