Beau camping et très propre. Très bien accueillie à l’arriver. Malgré le bruit de l’autoroute la nuit, je le recommande. Une belle piscine et jeux d’enfants. Les douches et toilettes super propre.
Very nice campground. Super friendly and helpful staff. Hook ups could use updating but okay. Busy highway at far end of grounds but not an issue. Some spots have pretty good slope front to back but level side to side. Definitely recommend. Good job!
Très courtois, facile d’accès
We called last minute for a spot for the night. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. The sites are gravel but level. In our case the price was steep for just an overnight stay with H/U. We didn’t use the pool while we were there. The bathhouse is great. The showers are perfect and made the price almost worth it. Not too far from the highway.
Lived in the area all my life then moved away. Recently came back to visit so we stayed here for almost two months. Centrally located to Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Lebanon. Very nice campground, well-kept and clean. Nice pool and area for kids to play. Even though it's close to the highway, the park is very quiet. The camp hosts and workers are very helpful too. We would certainly come back again.
We called on short notice and were taken care of wonderfully. We needed to stay past the check out time and the worked with us and were eager to help in any way they could. This gem is only 15 minutes from the Farm Show Complex and we will definitely be back.
Stayed here overnight. Would not want to stay any longer. Rude staff. Uneven sites. Nonpotable water. You are better off in the Walmart parking lot!
Right on interstate. Heard trucks all night long. No dog run just a small open area for them. No amenities to use. People very nice however
Just passing through, only 1 night. However, the young lady at check-in was extremely helpful and polite. Campground was clean and neat. The showers/restrooms were spotless even after what I would guess was a busy holiday week-end. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this park if in the area.
Great little campground! Super clean and comfortable. Didn't use the restrooms so can't rate them but the way the rest of the grounds are I bet they are nice. Easy off I-95. I would have given a 5 star rating however the cost was just to high. I would have loved to stay longer in the area but we were just passing through. We would definitely love to stay again if the fee was reduced some. With that being said I do recommend this campground.
The staff is friendly and helpful, they have plenty of pull through sites, the pool is beautiful and well maintained, and the campground is easy to reach from the highway. This will be a regular stop for us on our travels.
Snowbirds heading North for the summer. This was either our third or fourth stay at Harrisburg East and it will be our last. Previous stays were acceptable, however this time we arrived around 7pm after a long drive in bumper to bumper traffic around NY city. We were charged $55. for a pull through with full hookups (far more than on previous stays). Due to torrential rain we opted to initially only hook up the electric. Previous stays were acceptable, however this time we arrived around 7pm after a long drive in bumper to bumper traffic around NY city. We were charged $55. for a pull through with full hookups (far more than on previous stays). Due to torrential rain we opted to initially only hook up the electric. When the rain stopped a couple of hours later attempted to complete the hookups and found there was no water faucet on the site, the cable box was broken and lying on the ground, the sewer connection was damaged (chunk out of the threaded portion) to the point that I elected not to connect and have it leak on the ground, and the Wifi kept going down every 15 minutes or so.
In the morning, upon checking out, the other half complained to the office staff and got the standard sorry, we'll tell the manager.

Your experience with us was understandably disappointing. The last thing you need after a long and difficult journey are problems with your campsite. We were told of your troubles after your departure and the sewer line hook up was repaired the same day. The cable connection needed a part to be ordered but was operational 2 days later. Your experience prompted us to check every site and we decided to take the added measure and have all the cable connections raised to 2 feet above ground level for ease of access.
The wifi equipment was already scheduled to be upgraded a short time after your stay. That did occur and I have gotten very positive feedback from our customers regarding the signal strength. One camper who tent camped with us a few weeks before the upgrade commented to me a few weeks later on a return visit that "our signal went from pathetic to phenomenal" and we still offer it at no extra charge.
We thank you for your prior business, hope that you will consider a return visit with us and would like to thank you for your constructive comments.
