Stayed at RV resorts from Maine to Key West, and have found none more friendly. Beautiful setting, all as advertised, and interesting area to visit. Highly recommended for entire family unit.

Great campground! Well run and very active. Spaces could be bigger but nicely level. I give the 4 rating on facility due to the entry driveway from the highway which gave me concern of decoupling (steep) and 4 on appeal as it was so busy with kids in golf carts driving recklessly through the park. Caution getting to this campground via H30 west of the park as the inclines include two 10%, two 9%, one 8% and a 5 mile long 9%. This is coming eastbound from the Flight 93 Memorial.

People were friendly. Place is clean and spaces on nice and wide. You're not setting on top of one another. Was great. Pool was clean and a good size. They have two pools. There is also an RV dealer and parts store next door to the campground. There is some road noise but it dies down in the evening. Has a great place for fishing. Will go back. Loved it.

We stayed 1 night while traveling through as it met our needs to see the nearby Flight 93 Memorial. The park is adjacent to US-220/I-99 but the access is a little interesting depending on which direction you are coming into the park from. The greatest obstacle to reaching the park is the transition off BUS US-220 onto the access road. The transition creates a significant angle which posses a possible high centering or a scrapping hazard. While the park appears well cared and the sites are open,... Read More

While the park appears well cared and the sites are open, it was built on a sloped hill. This is another park that doesn't understand the simple concepts of the importance of a flat, level site and sewer doesn't flow uphill! The interior roads were gravel. The roads were very narrow with tight 90 degree turns. Even the two way roads were narrow. The sites were gravel, narrow, but nowhere near being level. Our mud flap was damaged when the coach sat down on it trying to get level. The utility connections were about mid way down the sites. But the sewer fitting was on the uphill side of the site and the connection was several inches above ground which created an uphill run. The sewer didn't flow well. It seemed most of the sites had an outside table and fire pit. Our site was towards the center of the park so there were no obstructions for the roof mounted satellite dish. But the trees in and around the park could make satellite reception hit or miss depending on site assignment and your dish configuration. Didn't try to receive any broadcast channels. There was an extensive list of cable channels. WiFi reception was good but that could be impacted by site assignment & volume of occupants. There were a lot of open spaces when we were there. No designated pet area but there was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park roads and on the ® mile walking trail around the "five acre lake". There were a bag dispensers and cans to collect waste. There appeared to be some long term residents. They seemed to be along the outer edge of the park. For being in a hazardous/severe weather area, there was no underground storm shelter. None of the structures in the park were identified as a severe weather shelter. Not sure that we would stay here again if traveling through but if we did it would only be an overnight.
