This park came under new ownership while we were staying there. The prior owners were wonderful to work with from reservations to check-in. The park is in a beautiful location and suitable for all-sized rigs. Downside: We stayed 9 nights. On the final night our son and his family came to say goodbyes, etc. The new owners were quite rude to our family saying they should have checked in at the office (which was closed) and they could not stay any longer than 30 minutes. We understand the rules,... Read More

I am a retire Marine and have never had a camping trip like this. I was on vacation with my wife and went to Mass to visit my nephew. He reserved Boston Minuteman for 2 days on Wed-Thur his 2 days off during the week. He had also registered 3 dogs for the stay. We pulled in between 130 & 2 pm and started to set up. all went well. My nephews wife and dogs got to the site at about 615 pm. As dogs do they barked, but only 1 of them did. within 10 minutes of the dogs being there, the owner came to our... Read More

My nephews wife and dogs got to the site at about 615 pm. As dogs do they barked, but only 1 of them did. within 10 minutes of the dogs being there, the owner came to our campsite and demanded us to stop the dogs from barking. 6:30 pm not quite hours Dogs bark that is what they do!! There was no one on the site before us and the site after us were not there. we did the best we could to keep them from barking. this was not good enough for the owner. He told us if we could not keep the dogs quite we would have to leave. he told us if we could not comply he would call the police. I have never in all my years of camping( i started at 8 years old) have seen an owner talk to campers the he did. Our explanations to him went in one ear and out the other. we were threatened with being thrown out if the dogs would not stop barking. Time of second he came to the site was about 715-730pm. The campground is very nice and set up very well. Its to bad it is not run by someone with a little compassion for the campers and their pets. My nephews wife was so upset we ate dinner inside the camper and she and my wife took the dogs home another 1 1/2 hour trip home that she had just made less than 3 hours earlier. He RUINED my vacation!!! In my 20 years in the Marines I have never met such and IDIOT of his caliber. We were talked down to and he was very uncooperative in all aspects. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. It was his way or the highway. I do not recommend this campground if you have dogs. He is not a pet lover even though their website says pets allowed. The whole time the dogs were barking may have added up to 15-20 minutes not constantly as he said they were. My nephew questioned 2 others campers in other sites and they said we didn't even know you had dogs no we were not bothered. And to top everything off it was not even prime season for camping.

I had made a reservation and all they had were 2 back in sites for us and our friends. Upon arrival I was told they had pull thus for both of us. We checked in, which was quick and pleasant and then we were guided to our sites. We arrived at 2 nice level sites next to each other. Both sites were large and long enough to accommodate our rigs towing. We really enjoyed this campground and they were so helpful. Beautiful location, nice treed lots. The information they provided to get into the city of Boston via public transportation was outstanding. Wifi was weak but useable.

Nice surprise off busy I-495. Off the beaten path in a quiet little town of Littleton Ma. Very tall trees line all the sites. Spread out with plenty of room between sites. Quiet with nice rec room, pool, and activities. Wifi is good and we would stay here again.

Beautiful grounds. Super friendly service with a site escort to set us up for the best angle to back in. Site was a little tight, but we did make a last minute booking and got what we got. Wifi was in and out, but we had full cell signal and cable hookup. Not a lot of kids so my boys got a little board, great camp to go back to someday when it's just my husband and I. You feel like you are in the woods, but everything you could ever need is right down the road.

Stayed 3 nights at this beautiful, tree covered campground. Utilities including cable worked well but WiFi was iffy and slow when it did work. Nice clean bathroom/shower facilities. Good gravel roads and pads. Our site was level but some I noticed weren't so. Some long pull throughs but mostly back-ins so make sure you request a long one if you have a big rig. Lots of games/activities for kids and adults alike. Clean enclosed pet area so you can let them run around a little. It was quiet most of... Read More

Friendly staff had good suggestions on getting into and around Boston. Don't be in too big a hurry to leave in the morning or you'll get stuck in rush hour traffic that seems to die down about 9 a.m. Also, there is no advanced signage for the entrance to the park so go slow when you think your getting close as there is just a sign at the driveway. Grocery stores and gas stations are nearby. $48.60 with GS a little pricey but par for the course in these parts.

Visiting family in area, have stayed here several times over the years. Had a pull-thru that was level, very good hook ups, and with good privacy. Very friendly owners and staff, exceptionally clean grounds, laundry, and sites. Will continue to come back in future.

We stayed here this past weekend. We booked with two other families a few weeks prior. We were together with one family, but the other was placed a little ways up the road. The campground was clean and shaded. The bathrooms were fantastic with huge shower areas and places to put all your belongings. I have to say probably the best shower I have come across in all the places I have camped. The place was not overcrowded with loud people which I am a fan of. I have to say probably the best shower I have come across in all the places I have camped. The place was not overcrowded with loud people which I am a fan of. They had a nice little pool, game room and store. We were only here for one full day to visit the bike trail. This campground is only 3 miles away from the Nashua River Rail Trail. The only negative I have is the sites are pretty small or at least the one we were put in. Not a huge deal, but that would be my only complaint if I had to make one. We also were not able to get a sewer site, but I completely understand we only booked a few weeks ahead and those are usually booked first. I would definitely recommend this campground.

This is possibly the campground nearest to the city of Boston which I suppose explains the high rate. On the plus side we had a large back-in site with full hookups, 50 amp electric and cable. It was large with a private feel to it with lots of trees and shade. The site surface is dirt and pine needles. The bathrooms and showers are very nice and reasonably clean, although they could use more light. They had what appeared to be a very nice pool but we did not use it. On the negative side,... On the negative side, the driveways are bad, gravel, dirt, rutted, rough and dusty. There is free WiFi but we were only able to use it about 10% of the time. AT&T signal strength was -82 dBm, good. We paid $52.20 per night with Good Sam discount.

We went to Boston Minuteman for our family's first camping trip. I grew up camping, but we had yet to take our 3, 6, and 9 year olds on a camping trip. This is an excellent family campground. It's not too noisy, well maintained, and has plenty of activities, such as a playground, ping pong, arcade, volleyball, bocce, and other sports as well as an immaculate heated pool. Add to that that the park is absolutely beautiful. We will be camping here again.

What a surprise to find this campground. Heavily wooded pull-through sites with stone fire pits. Cleanest restrooms I have ever seen. Nice people and easy in and out. I will be back.
