Stayed here for winter of 2018/19. Pros: There are numerous activities, so you can be involved as little or as much as you want. Many stores and restaurants close by for your convenience. First impressions - the park looks nice at the front, i.e. office, mini golf, comfort station and pool. Cons: Many of the streets are very narrow and some lots are too tight for big rigs. It's nice to have trees around but in February they shed their leather-like leaves. Bring your rake as this is the only way they get cleaned up. Do not book a lot without seeing what you are getting. Many patios are cracked, busted and covered with mold. Some cracks are large enough to be a tripping hazard. At the back of the park, behind the sewer treatment ponds, many lots just have weeds and no grass. Comfort station 1 and the washroom at the pool were always clean. Comfort station 2 and 3 were dirty. It didn't matter if it was during low or high season, we had to ask numerous times to have the washrooms cleaned and to have toilet paper, paper towel and soap to be replenished. It got to the point that we just quit asking. Dirty, moldy, scummy shower curtains did not get changed during our 6-month stay. There used to be a sign in each comfort station that said they took pride in their washrooms and to report to the park manager if they weren't "sparking clean". The washrooms were never kept sparkling clean as the sign says even after being reported to the park manager. These signs were just recently removed. Park rules state that pets are to be kept on a 6' leash. There are dogs not kept on a leash and many others with extending leashes. There were many cats, owned by fellow campers, that freely roamed the park even after we reported about a cat being on our vehicle. There are old unkempt and damaged trailers. This park is old and tired.

Stayed here for Jan and Feb 2018. Rates are reasonable and competitive with area. Pros - Great location, adjacent to a Super Walmart with a gate onto the Walmart property. Close to restaurants. Easy drive to groceries, shops and entertainment. A mile from Legoland. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The other RVers were outstanding. Lots to see and do in the area. Stayed here for Jan and Feb 2018. Rates are reasonable and competitive with area. Pros - Great location, adjacent to a Super Walmart with a gate onto the Walmart property. Close to restaurants. Easy drive to groceries, shops and entertainment. A mile from Legoland. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The other RVers were outstanding. Lots to see and do in the area. The lots are spacious and you can have shade or sun or a mixture. Each site has full hook ups including cable TV. Cons - there is a water/sewer treatment lagoon in the middle of the park and at least 40% of the time we were there emitted a rank sometimes foul odor. It seems this was a problem this year, but not in the past and is going to be remedied. If you are camped near the white PVC fence you will hear the pump running each night. Its nice to have trees around but in February they shed all of their leather-like leaves, everywhere. Also there was a ton of pollen released at the same time. My car was orange tinted each morning and required frequent washing. The owners do not seem to be investing money in upkeep or improving the park and it is looking tired. The staff try hard, but there is only so much they can do.
