This place is primarily has permanent or, as they call it, seasonal tenants. There were only 5 full hook ups but lots of water and electricity. The rate was $45 for the weekdays and I think $54 for the weekends and holidays. It is great for families but you pay extra for some of the activities available. I did not use the facilities but gave 3 stars because they look like they are kept up but coin operated showers. This is out of the way so not good for a overnight. Dog deposit of $10 per dog... I did not use the facilities but gave 3 stars because they look like they are kept up but coin operated showers. This is out of the way so not good for a overnight. Dog deposit of $10 per dog and no dog run area. They say we will get our deposit back if there are no complaints of our dogs. They do have recycle. The lots are grass only but it is nice grass. One looks level the others all have a left to right slant. We had to raise the right side up about 4 inches on blocks. The higher ratings for appeal is for families, if you are looking for a place for fishing, and family entertainment this might be the spot for you. The closest grocery is a Piggly Wiggly about 7 miles away. There is a store on site an fast food place. The Wifi is okay but no one is here an we were have trouble with just using Facebook.
