We stayed for three days with our 32' travel trailer. Most of the sites are on uneven gravel, not paved. The sites in our area were close together and the narrowness of the road made it difficult to get into. Fortunately when we left, our neighbor had moved his truck which enabled me to swing out with no problems. No cable or wifi. Bathroom facilities were very good. The sunset views were amazing. There is a beach close by and a historic lighthouse. We drove to Tillamook several days. We... Read More

Netarts Bay Garden RV Resort is right on the bay and there is a boat ramp to an area where at high tide you could launch a small kayak or raft. There is a boat launch right down the road less than a mile. The campground is carved into the side of a hill and the only camp sites I saw that may have been level were the four right next to the entrance and the check in area. We call and asked for a view site were able to get the last one available even though we called 6 months in advance. The pictures... Read More

The pictures online shows camp sites with gravel parking and a concrete outside area along side the parking with your picnic table and a grass area. They also said they had free Wi-Fi. Upon cheching in I was told that wi-fi was for checking email and browsing the internet only and they do not allow any Gaming, Smart TV, or Streaming. They monitor your site and if you use too much bandwidth they will fine you and cut off all wi-fi to your site. When I got to my view site the view was not bad at all there were hundreds of seals beached out in the bay sunning themselves. They would feed during high tide when the water covered their beach then sleep in the sun during low tide. My camp site was probably the worst site I have ever been in. The slop was so much that my front wheels were 10 inches off the ground and I had to use blocks to even get it to level. The site was so narrow that I had just enough room to put out my slide before it hit the power post. The other side had No Concrete area and only about 4 feet of grass between us and the people next to us. If I put out my awning I would have hit his RV. I know we will not come back but it is a great spot for crabbing if you are into that and there is even a fishing pier that I saw many pulling in lots of crabs.

First of all the things we liked about this park-it is one of the cleanest most well kept parks we've ever stayed in. Everything was meticulous. However, it was not customer friendly on several counts. My husband made our reservation almost 6 months ago, and requested a pull in site -no problem he was told. He also asked if we would have to move to a different site during our two week stay and he was assured we would not. (Kind of a big deal since I work full time, and it is very inconvenient... However, it was not customer friendly on several counts. My husband made our reservation almost 6 months ago, and requested a pull in site -no problem he was told. He also asked if we would have to move to a different site during our two week stay and he was assured we would not. (Kind of a big deal since I work full time, and it is very inconvenient to disconnect and pack up the computer, monitors, etc). Unfortunately, when we checked in it was a different story. We were given a very 'tight' back in site (felt like sardines in a can) for the first two nights and then told yes, we did have to move to yet a different space. My husband expressed his dismay but they wouldn't budge. This same situation happened to at least two other of our fellow travelers, one right next to us and they were also very unhappy. Our second space was a larger pull through site but- only 30 amp, while the smaller site had been a 50 amp. Normally we don't have too many problems with a 30 amp site but for some reason our breaker kept getting tripped and our power would go off periodically.
Overall, while the management was polite and friendly, they were very disingenuous when we booked our stay and said whatever they felt would insure our business.
Wouldn't come back.

We have been coming to this RV Resort for many years. The best staff ever. Always ready to help with anything they can. The crabbing and clamming in the bay is awesome. The park is one of the cleanest places we have been to. The restrooms are super clean, also. Great place.
Turn into the park is very tight, narrow roads. Some campers just left their rigs on the road to check in, not too bad as the road doesn't get a lot of traffic. Check in was great and staff friendly and helpful. They have free DVDs to borrow! There is a small cafe attached to the office looked good but we never got a chance to try it out. The park was well cared for and laid out in 3 areas: one near the office and bay with two lines of sites facing each other, one opposite to the north with a line... Read More

The park was well cared for and laid out in 3 areas: one near the office and bay with two lines of sites facing each other, one opposite to the north with a line of rigs facing the bay, and a loop away from the bay where we stayed. Interior paved roads were navatable but tight. It took some serious effort backing into site 86 with our 36 foot class A. Most sites were a bit on the narrow side, but enough room with parking on gravel, cement patio with table and grass. Our site, not all, had a fire pit but it was way too close to the rig to use. Bathrooms looked fine but we did not use the showers. Utilities were fine, with very good water pressure. The best part, LOCATION. Netarts Bay is adjacent to the park, with a narrow road you can walk in both directions. Sea Lions, Deer, Bald Eagles, and assorted sea bird are everywhere. There is a restaurant nearby that was said to be good. You can stroll uphill and into the small town or even take an extensive walk on the beach to Oceanside, a small touristy town to the north. Cape Meares and Cape Lookout are both short drives and Tillamook is 15 minutes away.

We stayed at site 52 and had a wonderful time. Great site with wonderful views. We had great neighbors and just a fantastic trip. The staff is so nice and helpful. We tried our luck at Shore crabbing and was able to get everything we needed at the RV Resort. this is now on our list to go as many times as we can manage during the year. Thank you. Only thing missing was cable but really it was not an issue. We have movies and picked up 3 channels. We spent more time watching the sunset and... Read More

What a beautiful place! We had a bay view site which included a large group of seals about a hundred yards out. Good size back in site with good wifi. No tv. I would come back here in a heart beat!
A nice little park, clean, some great views in select spots..ask for the view spots...close to food and Tilimook for supplies. Get your fish/shellfish/crab license from the office. Great cleaning and cooking stations on site. Excellent crabbing and clamming right across the street from the park. Good wifi access...We will be back soon
We enjoyed our stay at this RV park. There was no shade on our site but the view of the bay more than made up for it. The site was a bit unlevel and had to extend our front leveler more that I liked. The park was clean and nice and the location on the bay was great. The management was very friendly and offered suggestions on activities. We would certainly stay here again if in the area.
An older park, but clean and adequate. Staff was friendly and courteous. If driving from the south, do not take the coast option. The road is terrible.
This RV park is a nice place to stay during crabbing and clamming season. Unfortunately, there are several negative things to mention about the park. First of all it starts with the reservation portion of the stay. The park doesn't reserve by RV size and this creates an issue when trying to park a 38-40 foot fifth wheel or coach. After several attempts to park my 38 footer in a space with just my wife and I, a fellow RVer had to assist me so I didn't hit the fence on the swing. Once in the... Read More

After several attempts to park my 38 footer in a space with just my wife and I, a fellow RVer had to assist me so I didn't hit the fence on the swing. Once in the space, my trailer took up the entire length and caused the nose to hang out into the street. Thre was no parking available in the immediate area for my tow vehicle, so I had to park across the creek and off site in a dirt lot due to their parking lot being filled up. Two spaces down from ours was a 25' trailer in a much larger space with an easier approach for larger vehicles.
Also they offer in their advertisements rental boats and crabbing gear. Again we struck out on that option because they only have four boats for the entire RV park and they were booked up. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn't do what our intentions were for our stay at this park and that was to crab.
