Beautiful heavily wooded campground near a lake. Even when busy, people were very quiet and respectful (kids all made friends and rode bikes around and around the loops :o). Busy in the summer, but after Labor Day it got very quiet (and cold! ;o) Woke up to deer right outside the camper. Close enough to Yellowstone to be handy for trips into the park. RV parks in the area with more amenities are quite expensive ($70+ per night!). Rainbow Point has electric in loop C, central water, and pit... Read More

Camp host was friendly and most helpful. This is a bear area, so they are strict about food storage (which is a good thing.) We stayed here in a 31' camping trailer. Plenty of room in our site. We could see other campers, but they weren't right on top of us. Lots of larger fifth-wheels and a few large class A rigs, all seemed to have plenty of space. Dirt road in is a tad rough. But we loved it here and would return if we are ever in the area again.
