They were the only campground in Kerrville to have an open small spot for our Airstream Interstate. This allowed us to participate in the city's big Eclipse festival and witness the eclipse ourselves. Don't overlook this nice smaller park close to the heart of Kerrville. The folks who run it are very friendly!

Facility was very nice and well kept. Personnel were friendly and helpful. This is basically a mobile home park with many of the homes being RV's. It is largely an adult park since we saw no children during our 3 days there. While pets are allowed, the pet area is woefully lacking in space and is located very near the highway. Take it Easy is great if a person is interested in long term living, but for RVers on vacation I think some other campgrounds would be more enjoyable.

We are full-time RVers and stay at Take-it-Easy every time we're in Kerrville. We lived in Kerrville for 32 years before we became full-timers 8 1/2 years ago. The staff and full time residents are friendly and helpful. If you enjoy walking, the park and the surrounding neighborhoods provide ample opportunity. The Kerrville River Trail is also close by. We highly recommend the RV Resort.

I called on July 11 and was able to get a site for the 12th, 13th and 15th. The staff was very professional and helpful. I had a problem with the levelers and was able to work on them on Sunday. I went to the off to see if they could recommend a place to repair it for me. The office was closed but a man was using a leaf blower. We have stayed here twice, first in Nov-Jan 2016-17 and second Dec - Mar 2017-18. We were in a 30 ft class A motorhome pulling a 20 ft enclosed trailer. We love the friendly people and convenient location right in the center of town. Overall, it is a wonderful park. Very clean facilities & grounds. There are few available sites. Most are permanent residents. Only 1 site is long enough for our rig (60 ft). Two things I want to mention: 1) Wifi Internet is terrible. I could never get connected.... Read More

We ended up going to Spectrum and purchasing Internet on our own, at the time it was $50/month. 2) Cable TV costs an extra $35/month. They advertise Wifi and Cable TV, but they don't say you have to pay extra for the Cable. We love this place and hope to return.
