The Williams/Circle Pines KOA is the 93rd stop for us, we stayed 8 nights and was used as a jumping off point for the Grand Canyon. Conveniently located off I-40, it is laid out in a circle and has a nice selection of camping options (wagon, cabins, tipi, etc.) and a number of amenities for families including miniature golf, go karts, big playground and a large bounce pad. There are three small dog parks and trails off the back of the park. Staff were very personable during phone calls and check... Read More

There are three small dog parks and trails off the back of the park. Staff were very personable during phone calls and check in and was escorted to the site. Had a patio site but the leveling was a challenge as the pad had a decent slope on the back third of it – was a pull through but had to back in due to placement of trees. You have trains and highway noise which is typical of many parks across the country but what was annoying here was the ATVs that had to move every 5 minute from site to site, including after 10 pm and before 7 am. Also had to dodge large groups gathering at the front of the park to head to the trails. If you want to sit outside and enjoy a quiet evening on the weekend, not likely to happen here as you include the drinking, loud music, expletives, smoking and loud people – at least, that was our experience. During the week, was much quieter even with the park mostly full. In term of connectivity (afternoon): T-Mobile 36.8 down/0.22 up WiFi (open) 64.7/37.3 down (down at times across the day) Verizon 31.6 down/1.46 up. All said, the park is excellent - can’t help the inconsiderate people who come here.

Stay elsewhere and save $$$'s. Too noisy; railroad tracks nearby with nonstop trains whistling 24/7. Interstate 40 noise is constant, except between 1AM and 4 AM. Lots of children (noisy), muddy sites, and limited water availability. Water is trucked in which means quality and portability are unknown. Better and cheaper sites within a few miles.
Stay elsewhere..... Far too noisy due to railroad tracks nearby and trains every 20 minutes whistling endlessly, I-40 interstate is very close, and lots of kids and dogs. Our site was very muddy with little or no gravel. Lastly, to add insult to injury we were charged $72/night. What a ripoff. Save some $$'s and stay elsewhere.
We stayed here one night on our way to Grand Canyon. Wish we could have stayed longer. One of the nicest KOAs we have ever been to. Easy off and on, easy pull thrus and hookups. We did not have any small children with us, but the way this park catered to kids was amazing. We watched a lot of the kids have all sorts of supervised fun. The staff was always visible thruout the park. We will stay here again!
Circle Pines is a great park for families as well as travelers heading to the Grand Canyon. The options of cabins, RV sites, and Tent sites makes it a terrific place to stay for overnight or extended family vacations. The location is ideal for access to the Grand Canyon and other local attractions like Bearizona. The town of Williams is very close and is located on historic route 66. The town caters to tourists and travelers. Summer is the best time to visit at 7000 ft elevation summer temperatures... Read More
