We stayed 1 night. The park is a bit of a challenge to reach with a large RV as it requires travel along a state highway then down some narrow secondary roads through a residential area on uncomfortable pitched roads and over a railroad crossing to reach the park. This park was built on rolling hills along the river. The interior roads & parking pads are paved. The interior roads and turns are narrow & tight making maneuvering larger RV's a challenge. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and P/T's. The P/T sites seemed to be long enough to stay connected to a toad depending on connection to utilities. Sites had sufficient room for opening slides. Surprisingly with the rolling hill terrain, the majority of the parking pads had a flat, level spot. Didn't see any significant blocking to get level.
They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The utility connections were towards the rear of the back in sites. The sewer connection fitting was at about ground level so establishing a downhill flow is dependent on the discharge point. Distance and grassy areas establish privacy between the sites. All sites have an outside table, lantern post, tent pad & fire pit.
There is a significant tree canopy that interferes with satellite reception. Saw one or two portable dishes that could get through an opening in the canopy. No cable. No information about OTA broadcast channels. Only received a small number of OTA broadcast channels.
No park provided WiFi. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Reception for the NET10 phone was good.
Didn't see a designated fenced pet area or bag dispensers and collection stations for waste. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads.
