Overall a very nice park. Only two negatives. First is the noise from rock quarry across the river. It runs from about 8 am until dark. Second is the no fishing in the park boundaries rule. Their website indicates that fishing is allowed, but in reality it is not.
A very pleasant well laid out campground in a secluded spot next to a river and well away from highway noise. We would plan to stay there again if our travels took us to the area once more.
At the Rivers Edge RV park is beautiful in May. All of the beautiful landscaping is in bloom and the view of the Chetco River is great. The facilities are very clean and nice. Unfortunately, the fitness room and clubhouse were closed due to COVID protocols. Lisa, in the office is wonderful. She is helpful, has a great sense of humor and a great smile! All of the resort folks are very helpful and nice. We will be adding At the Rivers Edge RV to our annual go to places!
We pulled into the campground late without a reservation. The gentleman that was the on call host gave us a great pull through site. The staff was excellent and the site was fantastic with regards to being somewhat remote and near the river. Overall awesome.
We've stayed here many times. This park is on the Chetco River and great spot for my Lab to swim. I did not use restrooms so no rating but they appeared to be nice and clean. Good WiFi and TV was fine. There's a short narrow road down the hill to the park so suggest calling right before you get there and let them know you'll be coming down to avoid any conflicts with someone going uphill. I recommend this park. JS
What a wonderful campground! It's clean, well maintained, staff is friendly and just a joy to stay there. We originally requested a pull thru but when we checked in we were assigned a back in. Thank goodness that happened! We were right across the street from the river, the pull thru was in the second row! Beautiful scenery, we watched Seagulls, Blue Herons, Sea Otters and a Harbor Seal. We used the laundry facilities and the restrooms, both immaculate! We golfed at the Salmon Run Golf course up... Read More

The course was incredibly beautiful! We went to the Pacific Ocean Harvest Seafood Market two times to get smoked salmon and Chinook salmon. I highly recommend this campground, it was a memorable experience! If we're in the area again, we'll be sure to stay there!

This is a nicely laid out RV Park. It is very clean and all the employees we interfaced with were nice and polite. You are escorted to your parking spot and assisted in getting you safely parked. Each of the RV spots has plenty of room between coaches so you don't feel cramped. The front row has a great view of the river, peaceful and relaxing. For those with dogs, there are plenty of places for them to explore. leashes are required. This is our second visit and we are looking forward to returning. Read More

At Rivers Edge is on the south bank of the Chetco River. I is well maintained and has room to make turns to access the assigned space. The only drawback is the nearly constant daytime noise from the quarry across the river and about a 1/2 mile away. Evenings are especially pleasant at this park. Other RV'ers are friendly and welcoming.
Wonderful resort. Quiet and very clean.
I have stayed here several times. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stay in pull thru sites and they are concrete, level and both my 5th and tow fit in site which has picnic tables. It is right on the Chetco river and you can walk your dog on nearby sand bar and my lab also swims in the river. It is slightly inland and gets the sun before Brookings. I think this is the nicest RV park in Brookings area and would recommend it to anyone.
This is a lovely location. My site was facing the Chetco River and it was quite beautiful. I was treated to a beautiful display of water fowl and changing tides throughout the day. The park is well maintained and it appears that the long-term residents are situated in their own area of the park. I would not have rated the bathrooms as highly as Good Sam does, however. The park is well maintained and it appears that the long-term residents are situated in their own area of the park. I would not have rated the bathrooms as highly as Good Sam does, however. While they are clean, the men's shower is a common towel dry/dress/undress setting. There are private showers which are coin operated (1 quarter = 8 minutes). There is enough space that they could remodel and create a private dress area for each shower. I elected to shower in my rig instead. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and the staff was most helpful. As is this case with some other RV parks, there aren't enough toilets. If the bathroom situation isn't a concern, I'd highly recommend this location.

Excellent is the best word to describe this park. Beautiful location and setting right next to the Chetco River. Fast, friendly, and efficient check-in. Very accommodating as we needed to check out late and that was no problem. Quiet location. Wifi was very good. One thing to be aware of is that the road down to the park is one lane in places, but no problem for any size RV.
