These place is more of a trailer park then a resort since most of the area has trailers and very little room for any thing else. It has a nice pool and activity room. The bathroom/showers are very clean. The pet area is clean and fenced in so your pet and run around and exercise. I like it because it is quite and fits my needs.
All of the restroom/showers were out of order except for one unisex stall for the whole park. The one restroom was dirty, floor full of water and leaves. The sites are small and very close together. The office closes at 5PM so if you arrive late youre out of luck unless you have made a reservation. Your info will be in an envelope on the building if reserved. You just have to find your site yourself. The wifi is extremely slow. Good Sam should excommunicate this park. It is definitely up to standards--by... Read More

Sites are very small, not suitable for an RV with slides and an awning. The only thing this place has going for it is it's proximity to Dallas. The front desk employees were pleasant but management does not address issues and they don't enforce their rules. We won't be staying there again.
Place is crowded and not a "resort"....mostly long-termers. Bathrooms were inoperable due to remodeling but we were not told that in advance. Had to share unisex bathrooms with construction workers and they were not clean.
