One of the more rustic COE parks that I have stayed. No one at the gate as I arrived but they had given me the gate code upon booking the reservation. No map and very few signs to guide me to my assigned space. Site was a back in and very narrow, water and electric (50 amp) worked as expected. Bathrooms were older but clean, most sites were in wooded areas and a few were lakeside. Park has great views of the lake. Paid $15 per night with America The Beautiful Pass. One of the more rustic COE parks that I have stayed. No one at the gate as I arrived but they had given me the gate code upon booking the reservation. We were fishing on the dock and this guy came up in a boat and said you know you're not suppose to be fishing off the boat dock. We said we didn't hear that and this was our first time hear. When he came and got his boat he hung my husbands line in his boat and said I told you you're not suppose to fish hear. I told him he was rude. He said do you know who I am? NO. He was a gate attendant we said When we came in the attendant said we could fish anywhere. This guy is a poor example for... Read More
