We only stayed 1 night, but this is a beautiful park. I pulled up to register and when I returned to my truck, it would not start. While we were calling AAA, I went back in and spoke with the park manager, Gita, and she was extremely understanding and offering help. After not getting anywhere with AAA I decided to ask for help to get my truck towed to the spot we just paid for. Help came from Dale who worked for the park and a resident, John, who towed my truck and trailer to my spot. I tried to... Read More

Dales wife even asked my wife if we needed anything, even a drive to the local grocery store. After we got situated, we walked around the park and again, it is beautiful. The park had 3 lakes for fishing, and 1 was open for swimming. The park is clean with lots of space to walk your pets. We did not use the bathrooms or laundry, but it they are like the rest of the park we would expect them to be above average. With everything that happened to use, we would recommend this park and stay here again.

Unfortunately, when we were assigned our site, it was next to a family who it appeared to live at the campground. They left in the morning, in two cars. They returned in the evening. They had 3 young boys, and their campsite was strewn with toys and bicycles. They had two, loud barking dogs, which barked throughout the day when they were not there. Their cigarette smoke was also bothersome. As our camper faced theirs, we had no way of ignoring these issues. The campground was not crowded, and... Read More

It was pouring down rain when we arrived, in the he middle of a power outage. We were happy to get set up, and dry. As we were not about to break camp and ask for another spot, we dealt with it. But I don't think that we should have been placed next to these campers in the first place.

Stayed while in area for motorhome renovations. Older but well-maintained campground. Sites gravel/grass on packed ground. Owners and staff friendly and helpful. Small fishing ponds (no license required), playground with old equipment but lots of games (basketball, tetherball, etc). Good wifi (but we were here near end-of-season without many other campers. We were in the open but unable to get satellite because of high surrounding trees. Several good OTA channels. AT&T LTE signal good. South Bend,... Read More

This is a very nice campgrounds restrooms are clean and neat. There are 3-4 little lakes on the ground that have fish to keep the youngest fisher men busy. Over all This is a very nice family campgrounds what also like is that drinking is not a problem no drunks on the ground being loud.
