It’s a dump! This is an older park. Many long term residents. Our site was located directly behind a service station. Lots of people coming and going and looking directly into our campsite. Site was small. I had to reach into a hole in the ground to connect the hose. There is a nice state park nearby. Stay there if possible.
The park is interesting! You check in at the convenience store. Signage is not great and it took us awhile to figure that out. The streets through the park need to be better marked. They are difficult to navigate especially if you have a fairly large rig. Nice trees and quiet. Some sites have hook ups and others are electric only. Good for one or two nights.
Have stayed here several times. Rural area, but very convenient to Park City and Salt Lake - without the traffic, noise, and congestion. I like fishing in the Weber river that runs along the edge of the park. I also like walking and bicycling on the nearby rail trail that goes for miles up and down the valley. Restrooms / showers are older but well maintained. Most guests are retired, not many young families. This is a gas station / RV Park setup. You have to sometimes wait for the clerk to finish... This is a gas station / RV Park setup. You have to sometimes wait for the clerk to finish with a gas customer or two before taking care of the RV reservation. Has a nice little store with lots of snacks.
Folks are nice and laid back. Easy to relax here. My favorite camp sites are the ones that face the river, but you usually have to call ahead and reserve those because they seem to go fast.

Called to reserve a spot while on the road. As we checked in we were told there would be no water hookup. Since we were running late we took the site anyway and paid for it. The access road/lane to our site was very narrow and ran between the curved sites. The pull through was very difficult to get into and a cardboard box and used paper plates were left in the site. That evening we attempted to pay some bills online, but could not log in to the wifi. When we called the office to ask we were told,... Read More

We showered in the public shower which was far from clean. We're so very disappointed in this RV Park. they did not tell us about the lack of water until we checked in and the wifi until after we checked in. And yes, aside from a veteran's discount we paid full price. This two star rating was a gift.

Upon arrival, we found no signage to direct us to registration. We finally found the right place. It's the building next to the Phillips 66 gas station. The clerk was busy filling a soda display with ice and ignored me and another guest. When I was helped, I was directed to my site by a route which was impossible to navigate. It was only with the help of another Good Sam member who happened to witness my plight that I found my spot. Hoping that this poor assistance was an isolated incident,... Read More

It was only with the help of another Good Sam member who happened to witness my plight that I found my spot. Hoping that this poor assistance was an isolated incident, we decided to stay there on our return trip. In the office, a different clerk was talking on the phone and finally said "what do you need?" I gave her my last name and she said "what's that?"
I told her we were checking in for night and she said "do you have reservations?"
I told her I did. All the while, she was talking to someone else on the phone. She finally said to the phone "I have to go" and hung up. Very rude! Too bad because the park is very quaint and cleverly arranged. All utilities worked as advertised. The rude staff and poor signage detracted from an otherwise nice stay.

After she confirmed my reservation, she stated that there is no water available... but they will charge you $2 for a sewer fee! I was sent to site 14 but there was a trailer all ready parked there, so I pulled into 18 and walked back to the office to let her know that I wasn't in my original spot. Then she said I would need to move to 16 because someone else was going to stay in 18. I asked if they could just use 16 and it was no, you need to move. Needless to say I won't be staying here again... Read More

This park is conveniently located, however not well marked at the entrance. It is a nice setting by a river. The employees were helpful and friendly. The only real negative is the sites are not well equipped for longer units. We have a 29ft 5th wheel and are traveling with friends who have a 35ft 5th wheel. The spaces are actually like short drive-thru pull outs off the gravel road. The placement of the electrical posts makes it impossible to pull out of the site without backing up first...but... We pulled in late it was dark, the parking space was challenging,28ft trl. It had lot's of shade trees witch is good. The only sad part was the restrooms. The entrance was for booth M & F had one door to enter my wife would not be happy with that. Also the cleanliness was poor, like no one cleaned it for a few weeks. This turned me off.. we left next day.
Beautiful area. Lush, green, tall trees provide lots of shade. River runs alongside the RV park. All sites pull through was nice. Snug fit for larger trailers. Utilities worked well. Perhaps the time of year and surely not the RV sites fault, swarms of bugs out near sunset... Bathrooms and laundry room access via a single door...NO door separates laundry, men or women restroom. Not ideal or desirable in my opinion. Toilet leaked.
This great little park was an unexpected find. Our speed sensor on the motor home went out and we turned off the highway to not only find a good mechanic, but a nice place to wait for our part. This is an older park that is slowly undergoing upgrades. The staff is friendly, especially the handyman/guide person. There are only 41 spaces, but each has it's own charm, from towering cottonwoods, to spacious creekside areas. All the spaces are pull-through, making it easy for even the biggest Class... Read More

All the spaces are pull-through, making it easy for even the biggest Class As pulling vehicles to set up. The grounds are well-cared for, green and lush by the creek and river. The views are quite nice with rolling hills and emerald toned meadows; a lovely respite whether you actually choose to stay here or not. Although the decision to be here was made for us, we were so glad to have the experience. This place goes on our list of recommended places in Utah.
