WiFi these days is important, even at a campsite. The WiFi doesn't work at all and the cellular networks in the area are also either nonexistent or very unpredictable, maybe because of the location. Staff was pleasant, but they refuse speak on the phone for any reason at all, whether it's for general questions before and during stays, or even more serious issues... There are always at least 3 employees behind the counter and 2 of them are just sitting there while they let the phones just ring. If you email them and ask them why they don't want to speak on the phone, they say they are short staffed. Oh well ! Overall, this campsite needs some TLC and a revamp on communication.
