This campground is very difficult for Class A motorhomes. Very narrow roads requiring turnarounds were very difficult. Contrary to the other reviews, the young lady at check in had no clue how I would turn my motorhome around and therefore wasn't very helpful, although she was nice. I made my reservation on their website, but it would be better to call them directly so they can explain how you should enter the campground. The site was fairly level, I was in a clear spot and my satellite worked... Read More

The site was fairly level, I was in a clear spot and my satellite worked fine, and the campground is fairly quiet. The pool is still locked up and not available. Most of the guests are there for the trout fishing. You won't find many here who just want to "camp." Because of the extremely difficult maneuvering required of my 41 ft motorhome, I will not return.

Scenic and quiet, clean campsites close to the water. The biggest reason to stay here is the staff. very friendly and accommodating.
Found this campground on Good Sams site, made reservations. The people were very friendly taking our reservation and gave us our camping site number and the best way to come into the campground. once we got there we checked in which was a breeze and they provided us with so much information about Branson. My main reason to come here was for the fishing. They have docks to fish from, they have seats on the docks along with a fish cleaning station. Boat rentals are also available. Caught my... Read More

Caught my trout limit about every day, the clerk inside told me what the trout were hitting and she was right. Camp ground very quite, my spot was level, water pressure was good and cable had a lot of channels available. The camp is not very far out of Branson at all just a few miles and you can be back on the strip in Branson, benefits of the country and close to the city at the same time. The had pools that were not open yet, and several shower houses. Really liked this place and will be back!!!!

Difficult to get into. Had to do a difficult turn around because we drove directly to the office and there was no way to get to our campsite without turning around. There was no room to turn around and it took 20 minutes with lots of folks helping us before we got turned around and then we could go back to the entrance and travel down the row with our camp site. No satellite coverage due to all the trees. Good fishing campground and everyone was catching trout in the river. Would not return... Read More

Great location, easy access to attractions, great Trout fishing spot ,with dock fishing , boat rental , slip rental , and available fishing guide service .Located in a valley with lots of mature shade trees . Sheltered enough to leave awnings out most of the time.
Awesome stay at this park. It was a last minute decision to try to get a reservation there. I call at 8:00 in the morning from Hot Springs and in less than 10 minutes I had a site assigned and a confirmation. The staff were extremely helpful and really made us feel welcome. The park has trees that are spaced far enough apart that the breeze can get to you when you are outside. The spaces are large and ours was level with all utilities easily accessible. We spent two days here while on our way to Oklahoma. The park needs a little tlc, but it does look like they are getting ready to do get things back in shape. To their credit they did have a flood earlier this year and the park is in pretty good shape for that. the location on Coopers Creek is a plus.
This is a great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Right on Lake Taneycomo with great fishing. We will definitely come back here in the future.
Nice park, friendly and helpful staff. We don't fish but if you are a fisherman this would be a great place. Right on Lake Taneycomo and I do mean right on the lake and not far from Tablerock Lake. We have relatives in Branson so we will definitely be back.
Awesome setting just minutes from all the attractions. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Only thing holding facility back from a 5 star rating is pads are gravel and a little unlevel. Concrete pads would be a nice upgrade.
My favorite park. Sites are close to Taneycomo so it is usually cool. Management is accommodating works hard to ensure you have what you need. They are often open after hours and leaves messages for incoming campers.
Customer service was horrible! We were given directions to find our site, which were were told were wrong and given other directions by someone else. After we made a u-turn, pulling a fifth wheel in a tiny parking lot, and still couldn't figure out how to get into our spot, we drive back up to the office and asked someone to escort us to our site. No one would. They only came out to our vehicle with a map, for the third time, and gave us yet again different directions. The restrooms are very small,... Read More

No one would. They only came out to our vehicle with a map, for the third time, and gave us yet again different directions. The restrooms are very small, with low lighting, dirty and hot. There was a box fan running on the floor which took up most of the walking space. The camping site itself is uncomfortably small for a fifth wheel. There is barely enough room to open the slide out and the awning between trees. The slide is about 1 foot or less from the electrical and the awning is inches away from a tree.
