We stayed a week have a dog and made our decision to stay here from the site pictures showing green grass, there was no green grass, only sticker and thorn bushes ( green weeds). You must take off your shoes every time you walk in your RV or drag stickers into your RV. Our dog kept getting stickers in her paws. This park is next to a highway, airport and a construction material yard that starts loading trucks everyday at 7 am sharp. The highway and airport was nothing compared to the construction... This park is next to a highway, airport and a construction material yard that starts loading trucks everyday at 7 am sharp. The highway and airport was nothing compared to the construction material yard. It appeared that most staying here are full time residents and the travelers are placed next to the common fence with the construction material yard, this made the 7 am noise even worse. The park had no cable TV for the traveling RV spots, the Wifi was good and the TV antenna reception was also ok. The park had a new looking pool that was kept clean every day, we did not use it since the water felt cold. The bathroom and showers were real nice and clean, we did not use them, we use our own RV facilities. The laundry was clean but small for this size facility, 4 washers and 4 dryers. The only other negative was on our last night we used the laundry room and saw a sign above a sink with a single faucet that said something like, this water is reverse osmosis treated and is only for drinking water. At that point we did not know if the rest of the water in the park was ok to drink. If we would have seen this sooner we would have asked the park management prior to drinking the park water. Do yourself a favor and ask about the drinking water. Overall stay was good.

This was a really great park. Most camp sites are tree covered and have full hookups. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The park bathrooms were very clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Each of the four bathrooms has it's own sink, toilet and large shower. We would definitely revisit this park when in the West Texas area, and I can't come up with a reason not to give it five stars for all the facilities. The only negative, which was not really a negative for us, is that it's... Read More

Although the overall facility was nice enough, the restroom, showers and laundry room were very unclean. We have been traveling for 3 weeks and stayed in 7 different campgrounds and this facility had the least desirable of everywhere we have stayed. I am sorry to say that we would most likely not stay there again.
My wife and I stayed here for 5 months and we loved it. The staff is friendly and the park is clean and quiet. They have a lot of long-term residents. This is the nicest park we've seen. Thank you guys for your hospitality.
Stayed for a week and found it a comfortable relaxing place, offering tree shaded sites and above average amenities for a small park. Close to highway, but noise did not seem excessive. Had some site electrical supply issues initially, but management fixed the problem quickly. Great air-conditioned clubhouse with common area, exercise room. restrooms (nice), and laundry (also very nice and relatively cheap). Small pool but was popular because it was HOT during our stay. A gem of a park. Nice people, pretty park, easy access. What more could you want? We will visit again.
Not sure when the 9 rating was assigned but this place is no where near a 9. No cable and the wifi signal is so weak I was never able to log on. While this may have been a great place 20 years ago there are no indications anything has been upgraded this century.
