This is a beautiful site filled with a super friendly community. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. This place is huge. I cannot say enough about the tree filled lot, with so many varieties, including 4 or 5 types of citrus fruit. Guests are welcome to pick fruit anywhere within the grounds, which is awesome because it's harvest time right now! The hot tub was broken when we tried to use it, spewing out cold water when you turned on the jets - that part sucked. The pool... Read More

Guests are welcome to pick fruit anywhere within the grounds, which is awesome because it's harvest time right now! The hot tub was broken when we tried to use it, spewing out cold water when you turned on the jets - that part sucked. The pool is very large, but no one is using it this time of year. They also have a huge meeting/rec room area with a ton of books and games to enjoy. The bathrooms are okay, not as nice as I expected. The fitness room is large with 9 cardio machines and filled with nautilus and free weight equipment. The laundry room is filled with machines, more than enough for a park of this size. A few nights during our stay they had a food truck on the premises, that was a nice amenity. Also, they have a store in the front with a variety of items you might need for your stay. With so many stores and shops nearby, it's just an added convenience. Overall, you get what you paid for. I would definitely return if I were back in Phoenix.

Make sure you don't arrive too late, after 10pm, or you'll be locked out! Even with a reservation and prepayment. It happened to me, and I was stranded late with no place to stay. I was never told of this unheard of policy and never received an apology, just a refund. I was a repeat customer, but never again! EVERY RV park I've known of, has a late arrival procedure. Envelope left with name, site number and map. Never before have I heard of being locked out, with no one in sight. Just so you know. Read More

Well controlled entry and exits. Well maintained, very nice staff. Pull throughs just barely fit my 36' coach with 2dr wrangler toad without unhitching. Gravel & level. Lots of various fruit bearing trees. Nice little shop, pool, laundry and showers. Nice size book exchange program.

We stayed at the Destiny Phoenix RV Resort for 4 day in late Dec 16. Very clean and good people running the resort. Convent hook ups, level pad and site. Good pull thru. Would return again when we head back to AZ.

Loved the park; loved the office (and people in it). this place was clean, beautiful, and welcoming. It's a park that we would consider wintering in (when the time comes).

all i can say is wow! what a improvement, when we heard the park was under new ownership we were a little nervous at first, but after seeing the drastic updates on the park we are thrilled!!! from the all new stadium style pickleball court, the revamped fitness center, the new pavement throughout park, all new pool and new dogrun. we have stayed here numerous times throughout the past 15 years and the park has never looked better. The helpfulness of the new manager made things very easy. For all... Read More

For all the parks we stay at as full time retired RVer's this is by far the nicest in the southwest and we will continue to stay here, heck we might even stay here full time!

Highly over rated. Badly in need of routine maintenance. Trees overgrown, space asphalt in need of repair, and power pedestal infested with spiders and connections/switches corroded. Pull thru spaces were too narrow/short for our 38 foot Class A. Could not extend one slide and no room for tow vehicle. This may have been a "10" at one time but not now.
