Great quiet place to park the trailer for the week. The customer service was flexible and amazing to work with. I have already recommended to other campers in the area. Did not use the restrooms so I left it blank.
We pulled in late. phoned the owner to pay with card, got all codes, and settled in for a pleasant stay. It is a simple lot, nicely landscaped, and well maintained. If you want a clean, well priced, and safe place to stay for the night (or several), then this will fit the bill. They have tiled and multi-room restroom/showers, a big laundry with an adjoining lounge to relax while doing wash.
WARNING...be careful. I am not sure how this place identifies it self as big rig friendly. We have a 41 foot 5th wheel. We pulled in here and did not fit in the assigned spot. We would have hung out into the street by about 5 feet on both sides. I called the day before our arrival and confirmed that the site would be big enough for us to stay hooked up. Additionally, I inquired about overhead clearance, as we are 13 foot 4 inches high. The site had trees positioned in such a way our rig could... Read More

We were there long enough to see that there was a nice laundry facility. Trucks were parked in the street in front of the laundry facility. I called the office and someone was sent immediately to assist us in getting the trucks moved. The man that came was as helpful and nice as could be, but we just could not fit into the assigned space. The office for the RV park is not at the RV park. When you arrive, you have to make a phone call to find out your site number. This park had the appearance of many long term residents. If you are traveling on I 10, it is very convenient, but if you are using long or tall equipment you may not fit.

This is a quiet place with easy freeway access. Outlet malls are just across the street. RV section of the park is quaint and clean. They permit dogs on leash no additional fee. Check in was friendly and easy. Reliable wifi. Full hookups and 50AMP service. Nice level concrete pulls throughs or a row of back ins. We comfortably stayed with our 43ft coach and tow vehicle. They have a small lounge and laundry if you need. Convenient overnight layover if traveling through.
This was our very first RV Park experience. The place was very peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly. We were very fortunate to have been given a pull through right inside the gate. The cement platform was pretty level. 50amp service was right on. Though not needed I padlocked the box. Fixtures good. The price, with my Good Sam discount, came out to $94.50, which included cable and other standard items. We stayed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. We were pretty satisfied with our experience here. This was a quiet neighborhood. There was mall 3-4 blocks away and El Paso was just up the road. Manager was awesome. Even gave number for any problems at night or weekend.
