One of the nicest, well landscaped campgrounds we have stayed at. Beautiful landscaping with water features throughout the park. Always clean with nice level sites, many pull thru's. Mix of seasonal and vacationers. Pools, and playgrounds for kids plus a fishing pond. Close to beach at Ludington and downtown plus lots of shopping for food and supplies nearby. Full hook ups on each site with good power and water pressure. We always recommend Poncho's Pond to friends who travel through the... Read More

Very nice campground for kids. If you are looking for some R&R, look elsewhere. Aside from the larger seasonal sites at the rear of the property, much of the sites are very tight and roadways have constant traffic with trucks, cars, golf carts, etc. Noise and smoke from neighbors can be annoying. The site is also not too far off US-10, so the road noise is constant. But being right off US-10 is also a big reason you should consider this campground. You are only minutes from everything, from... Read More

Great internet and cable Very clean and nicely landscaped Showers ok Large paved sites Close to town and stores. Beautiful sunsets from town park Visited Silver Lake sand dunes which I think may have been better then Sleeping Bear Sand dunes!

Awesome campground! Very friendly staff. Golf cart rentals. Very well kept. Several pools. Only 1 mile to downtown. Only 2 miles to Lake Michigan. Definitely going back next Summer.
