This facility is quiet, off the highway, and primarily hosts long-term residents, but has several pull through sites for overnighters. Upon arrival, we weren't sure the place was open for business. The office is closed up with a sign referring visitors to a trailer in the park. The host/manager opened the door long enough to tell us to pick a spot. The restrooms are horrid. The office is closed up with a sign referring visitors to a trailer in the park. The host/manager opened the door long enough to tell us to pick a spot. The restrooms are horrid. The one marked Men's is now a storage area, lots of junk strewn around in there. There was an adjacent storeroom off the Ladies room that is now serving the Men's room -- barely. I won't be returning to this establishment.

The manager is nice, its safe, quiet, and the price is right. But the place is kind of ugly, full of mobile homes and.... seriously, who leaves smashed up picnic tables out at an RV park? If your spot has a table it's unsafe. The cable TV doesn't work and there is no over the air TV. The Wifi is OK for email, forget streaming. Some sites don't have sewer hookup. Its OK for a few nights.

Intended to stay overnight, stayed 4 nights due to truck issues. Staff extremely helpful, eager to assist in any way. Gravel sites, large enough for slide outs. Easy access pull through. Laundry room was clean, reasonably priced. Nice little clubhouse area. Excellent WiFi. No cable but good TV reception. Very quiet without road noise. Owners are working on park improvements, showers are updated, very nice. Would definitely stay again. Willcox is charming with museums and historical buildings.... Read More

Sites clean and easy. Location easy to find no road noise. Laundry excellently priced. Staff fantastic!! Bathrooms dated but still very good. New management will/should update soon. WiFi OUTSTANDING!!!!! gravel site,flat and level pull through with FHP

We stayed one night and found the park to be very clean and neat with road runners, rabbits and lots of birds. It was very quiet and peaceful and we could only hear the train off in the far distance and no traffic noises at all, unlike some of the other parks near the interstate.. We stayed one night and found the park to be very clean and neat with road runners, rabbits and lots of birds. It was very quiet and peaceful and we could only hear the train off in the far distance and no traffic noises at all, unlike some of the other parks near the interstate.. The staff was helpful and courteous and the owner was on site at the time. The restrooms were not new but were very clean and adequate. The laundry facilities were great also. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers. It's a real gem.

We stayed one night. The park is neat and well maintained, very quiet. The restrooms are old style but very clean and functional. The Wifi was very strong and fairly fast. Easy to get in and out, easy to find fuel and groceries. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean park, after hours registration, all full hook ups with long sites for the big rigs. I would come back again. Friendly and helpful staff. Wi-Fi and Cable TV at no extra charge.
