The friendly hosts at check-in garnered this park the extra star on overall rating, otherwise, there was not much to this park except quick access to I-10. The website had a place to pick out the sites ahead of time - that was good. It also indicated that some had 50-amp service (which I picked - site 34). There was no 50-amp hookup - only 30-amp. Numerous full-timers living here including one that looked like it had been there for years. Not a place to bring a fine motorhome and you won't see... Read More

The folks here were very friendly and the park did feel safe.

Stayed overnight as it was just a mile off I-10 as part of a longer trip out west - easy off and on highway access. Upon arrival, were greeted by an exceptionally nice woman in the office who checked us in. A couple of takeaways: 1) was very quiet, 2) cell signal was outstanding (T-Mobile and Verizon) as there were two huge cell towers across the street, 3) the dog park was ridiculously large, and 4) the bathrooms were very clean. There was no internet or cable but were able to access more than... Read More

This is a lovely little campground. We stayed overnight on our way through the panhandle. The place is immaculately clean! Showers are individual and with space for changing, etc. They have a small convenience store that has anything you could think of including firewood and change for laundry. The pool is sparkling just like the rest of the place. Laundry was clean as well. I was a bit worried about getting level since the spaces are gravel but it was not a problem at all. All spaces have a fire pit and picnic table. There is a common fire pit near the pool complete with an outdoor kitchen with an electric stove! And to top it all off, there is a huge dog run!! Our space was roomy. I did notice some of the spaces were a little narrower than ours. And the price is right with a 10% GS discount we paid $36! Would definitely stay again next time we are passing through.

Nice quiet campground. Very friendly staff who are willing to help their guests. Spotless restrooms and showers. Only complaint is no WiFi. Definitely coming back!
This was the second stay at this park the first was in June and was towed in one wreaker for the fifth wheel and one for the truck. The folks at the office was great took us into town to pick up a rental car.Had to stay a week for truck repair.Every one was great. We will be staying at this park on out trips through the area. Again thank you for making a bad situation better
Its a safe easy place off the highway. If you are traveling its fine. Dont expect much, pool was green, there was allot of erosion on the paths, but a tropical storm did roll thru a few days prior. Its a 3 rating in my opinion. Nice office person also..
We stayed at Triple C RV park on our way back to Florida. Very friendly check in. Our site was very roomy for our 36 foot motor home and tow car. The pool and restrooms were very clean. Good for an overnight stop. Looked like there were several long term RV'ers. No Wi-Fi. They are in the process of cleaning up around the park and expanding it. Very easy on and off I-10.
We stayed here for two nights in November. This is a peaceful, quiet campground. But the roads are narrow and full of potholes (maybe because of hurricane damage), and the turns are tight. We had some trouble maneuvering our 36' class C with our pickup attached. The sites are dirt with some gravel, and are not level. We won't be coming back.
This is a nice little park we stay in during our cross-country trips. Very quiet and secluded. Our last stay was after Hurricane Michael swept through and destroyed a majority of the trees. The park was open for our stay which was about 45 days later and I was impressed that everything was in working order. The spots are not all level (that's why we have leveling jacks) but not so bad you need extra wood blocks. Somewhat tight pulling out in the morning with the TOAD, but overall it is a nice,... An older campground - somewhat off the beaten path despite the fact that it's only about a mile off the interstate. It has a rustic appearance and is clean and well-cared for. The roads could do with some repairs but are not hazardous. The restrooms are clean and well-stocked. The laundry is also clean and all the washers and dryers work! The office staff is very helpful. Stayed only one night but enjoyed the park. Very easy to get in and out of. Super friendly and helpful. Nice little store. I'd stay again.
Nice park with level sites. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet
The owners were both friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the seal on the refrigerator and they thought nothing of coming over to straighten out the problem and would take nothing more than a thank you. The park was clean and well kept. They also had ice-cream in their store which was a real plus for my husband. This is a campground we definitely will be using in the future as leave or return to Florida.
This place is clean and quiet and very well maintained. The check in person escorted us to our site and helped us get in position. All the RV sites are generously sized pull-throughs. The small pool is very clean and children staying there were having a blast. It is close to I-10, convenient for just a stop-over or a few relaxing days. I agree with most all reviews, nice park! I could not get much Wi-Fi. Service was slow and did not work at all during the night. I am not sure about the hot spots and how they work and how 40 out of 46 sites are covered in Wi-Fi, and not all. I even used my signal repeater and was close to the check in building. I ended up using my own internet access.
We recently evacuated due to Hurricane Matthew. Our house was in a declared evacuation zone as well as surrounded by big trees - and while we couldn't move the house, we certainly could try to protect the trailer. We ended up just south of the "megapolis" of Chattahoochee, FL, some 35 miles west of the state capital (south off of exit 166 on I-10). The campground, Triple C's, is a small family-owned park that has about 46 trailer sites as well as four cabins and some tent sites. They are situated... Read More

We ended up just south of the "megapolis" of Chattahoochee, FL, some 35 miles west of the state capital (south off of exit 166 on I-10). The campground, Triple C's, is a small family-owned park that has about 46 trailer sites as well as four cabins and some tent sites. They are situated on 30 acres, but most of the land is wooded with trails. It is well away from the interstate, meaning it is quiet. The campground also has a swimming pool, a kiddie playground, a general store, coin laundry and very nice shower facilities. I should also mention the outdoor kitchen that anyone can use.
The owner informed us that he normally has only about 20 campers at the park; during the storm there were more than 65. However, the place did not feel crowded at all. The trailer sites are well spaced; most sites have a picnic table, and all sites have electric (varying 30 amp or 50 amp), water and most have sewer. The owner has had this campground a little over a year and is making upgrades to the facilities, although what we saw was perfectly adequate.
The staff was wonderful. They made our four days there an enjoyable experience. While I do not believe the Friday night pizza party (paid for by the owner) is a regular event, the Saturday pot-luck breakfast (coffee, juice, hot water and hot chocolate, cups, plates and plasticware provided by the campground) and Sunday morning Southern biscuits and sausage gravy (provided by one of the host families) are regular events.
There are numerous state parks in the area, and the US Army Corps of Engineers has a nice reservoir facility (including a campground, a power dam that you can get "up close and personal" with - something I thought amazing in these days of the government worrying about terrorism, and fishing) in Chattahoochee.
I strongly recommend this place. Their rates are quite reasonable ($35 for 30 amp, $40 for 50 amp) and they give Good Sam (and other) discounts. It' a wonderful little park.

The park is located about one mile south of the freeway so the highway traffic noise is gone and your camping in a nice wooded environment. As your travelling down the road, the parks location allows easy on / easy off access to the highway. Checked in without a problem and the park's amenities were good. Most of the sites are asphalt but the sites are close to each other. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again if in the area.
Stayed here while passing through and we were very pleased with this place. Under new owners and are improving the camp. Nice pool, outdoor kitchen, clean restrooms. The employees where very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again, if pass through.
Nice place with large pull through sites. Minimal highway noise. Everything you need with easy access. Reasonable price.
Perfect and isolated. Enjoyed our stay there and we will be back. Staff very helpful.
Wonderful place now, it's going to keep getting better. Had no reservation, pulled in and was met on the porch by the owner. Super friendly, his wife ran the counter and check in was a breeze. We were escorted to our site, mike made sure we had everything we needed and was there anything he could do to help. As I wasn't unhooking, all I had to do was plug in the cord. The pet park was wonderful for our three dogs and doody bags were even provided. Only complaint was there was no room to pass at... Read More

Will definitely be a place we will stop again as we go back and forth.
