Not for Big Rigs. The roads are narrow with trees in the middle of the road, finally squeezed into our site. I signed up online for pull through 50 amp value sites for $62.00 per night for a week stay. Received voice message that the site did not have a dump. We would have had to pay someone $25.00 to dump. Finally talked to someone and got a site with dump for $14.00 extra per day. Receive text message after getting to our site asking how our site was. I said not good, it was too small.... Read More

Their response was we could go to another site that was larger for an extra $97.00 more. Their WIFI was Fastwave which was extra $$$. We declined. Problem with the internet was it interfered with our hot spot on our phone. Could not use our hot spot to pay bills. Overall, a very bad experience

This has been the worst experience I have had. After being quarantined for 2 months I finally get to go out and use my RV on Memorial Day weekend. We ask to speak to a manager no one on site nor available by phone how convenient. We were told that they changed the rule that same Friday after we checked in never were we informed... Read More

There was a picinic table in the way of parking my rig which my wife and I had to move. There was a tree right in the way of parking, good thing there was nobody behind us so I could come in from the back. Finally the day before we left they mowed our section. Of course because the grass was so high when they did the weed eating it ended up all over the side and back of my RV. Why I was put in such a deplorable site when there were plenty of back in sites that were empty for the entire length of my stay I will never know. I am seriously considering finding somewhere else to stay when I come up there.

My wife and I stayed here for four days. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The camper sites however are very close together and the roads in and out of the camping area are narrow. The bathrooms are very well kept up and clean.

We used to come here just for the weekends just to get away, since we live in Tampa. The proximity to Disney was very appealing since we are Disney Pass holders. But, since the park got bought out by Encore, we are not happy. They have raised the prices way to high, and no longer take Passport America. We can stay at Fort Wilderness for just a little more than what they are now charging. We always enjoyed coming here. Loved the convenience to Disney and Old Town, loved the park itself. It... Very disappointed in our campsite. I paid for a premium site, well in advance of my trip. When we arrived on Friday evening, after getting a call earlier in the day from the staff, I was assured she would have a new ce premium spot picked out for us. However, when we drove to our site, it was very small for our size rig. Our slide out was very close to the other site. We also had our front door very close to our neighbors sewage hook up. However, when we drove to our site, it was very small for our size rig. Our slide out was very close to the other site. We also had our front door very close to our neighbors sewage hook up. I went back to office to tell the front desk that there was a mistake-we were not on a premium campsite according to the map we were given. She told me the map had changed?? I asked her for a rate reduction based on our site and she told me again we were on a premium site. I talked with our neighbor, he said, no these were not premium sites. We did not have a concrete slab, all we had was a narrow area of broken up brick pavers. Once we got everything settled in, we hooked up the cable(because that was one of the amenities). The picture on every channel was very snowy. I called the front desk again and was told they were aware it was out but it was ours be 2-3 weeks before it was fixed. Our neighbor said they told him they would send a tech right over??? I understand they are trying to upgrade the park, but I don't appreciate that I paid for something I did not receive. The bath house was very nice. It is centrally located close to parks.

Having full timed for five years and been in 100 parks across America, this park has the distinction of being the worst ever. Having full timed for five years and been in 100 parks across America, this park has the distinction of being the worst ever. Very disappointed, especially because we try to do our homework thoroughly and we are staying for a length of time. This has been our first and last Encore Park. The park roads are very poorly marked leading people to frequently drive the wrong way creating a hazard especially with the narrowness of the roads. They have islands in the road that make it difficult for large rigs(42') like ours to negotiate. Getting to our site was an adventure. To make matters worse, when we requested an escort to our site (a common practice for large parks), we were told they don't do that because they are undermanned. We are in a Premium pull through site that is a misnomer. When requesting services (like paper towels in the work out room), the front desk personnel have been rude and untrained by telling us "it's not their job". Park general management is non-existent even though several requests have been made to discuss issues. In the past month, we've been witness to an accident, several traffic close-calls, an eruption of a plugged sewer, lack of hot water in the rest rooms, a water leak that has caused a lake to form on our road and a boil water and shut off directive. These people clearly do not know what business they are in. It appears the RV side suffers while the manufactured housing side appears nicer. On the plus side, the wifi has been good and cable tv clear. -

The entire park had no water, due to a water line break, for 7+ hours. Office staff didn't give a darn and professionals weren't called out to repair it - just park maintenance guys. Check in person didn't know anything about the park such as whether or not our site was a pull thru or how to access it. We were double charged but since we were with a group, an off-site person had to be contacted for a refund but, of course, when she was called, we just got an answering machine. Pool area looked... Pool area looked nice but it's a very crowded park and by no means is it run properly, especially given how expensive it is. The redeeming feature is that it is very close to all family friendly activities which is perhaps why they take high occupancy rates for granted. We won't return to this park.

Very well maintained property. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean pool and laundromat, Good deals on poolside draft beer. FYI, only premium sites have concrete pads. Showers were clean but could use some updating. The only real issue was the terrible WiFi connection. We managed to connect a few times for 1 or 2 minutes during our 9 day stay but it got so frustrating that we ended up using the lobby "PC" ...if it was not being used by other guests.

VERY DISPLEASED WITH SERVICE, STAFF, AND ACCOMODATIONS. First time RV'ers on a trip to Disney in our newly purchased coach. In-Laws were along for the ride and rented a villa at the campground. It was pouring rain when we arrived and checked in. Unloaded luggage from the RV at the villa and got soaked, only to discover they gave us the wrong key to the villa. Loaded luggage back onto RV and back to the office. Got the right key this time and unloaded a second time. Set up the RV at the sight.... Read More

It was pouring rain when we arrived and checked in. Unloaded luggage from the RV at the villa and got soaked, only to discover they gave us the wrong key to the villa. Loaded luggage back onto RV and back to the office. Got the right key this time and unloaded a second time. Set up the RV at the sight. Shore power cut off in the middle of the night waking to a steamy RV with no power, batteries drained. Reset the shore power cord and seemed to be okay. Off to the parks that day. Returned to campground after 11p and office was closed. We kept our fingers crossed the power would be okay....NOT. We woke again to no power and a hot and muggy RV. We were off to the parks again the second day, and returned after 11p when the office was closed. We reported the power issue to security but still had the problem. We stayed four miserable nights at this campground with intermittent shore power. I reported it again upon checkout and was told she would have maintenance "look at it." No apology offered. I called a couple days afterwards and spoke to the manager. I was inquiring to ensure the problem had been taken care of and to report my horrible experience. She said she has no way of looking up maintenance work orders and could not confirm if there was a power problem on my sight or not. I explained my experience and she said there was no record of me reporting the issue during my stay, even though I did twice. She was very rude and short with me, offered no apology and basically said I was S.O.L. No partial refund was offered.

We stayed here in a 40' motor home in a pull through site during February 2016. When we arrived the site we were assign was muddy. They had covered it over with stone but when the guide drove through it with his golf cart he sank into the mud, I can only imagine what a 43,000 pound motor home would have done. They moved us to another site that had asphalt so we were set. The reason I only rate the CG 3 stars is the sites are tight, not the tightest we have stayed at, but pretty close (about 12"... The reason I only rate the CG 3 stars is the sites are tight, not the tightest we have stayed at, but pretty close (about 12" to our neighbors awning). Many of the roads are narrow and some of the Palm trees make turns tough, but not impossible if you know your coach. The good news is the CG is close to all the attractions, the bad news is the traffic that goes with it. On a Saturday evening (7:00 PM) we waited over 20 minutes to go the 2+ miles on route 192 from I-4 to Holiday Trail (the access road to the campground), then another 15 minutes to get the 1/3 of a mile to the campground entrance. Holiday Trail is also the parking entrance for Old Town, they have a car show there on Friday and Saturday nights and the traffic is HORRIBLE. Additionally, while we were just about as far from Old Town as you could be in the park, the Old Town PA system was loud at our site, in fairness by 10 PM it had quieted down. The park has several different areas, paved pull through, grass with concrete patio, all grass. Be sure you know what you book, the non paved sites during the rainy season get muddy. The pool is very nice, overall the park is good just be sure you know what you request, the park is very busy.

Very crowded & small spots. Not recommending for 40 ft. or larger RV's. Very muddy spots. Parking helpers useless. Office girls nice. Very clean only plus.

A pretty nice campground although the spots are a bit tight for big rigs.

Excellent park with a great location right next to Disney, Old Town and everything else Orlando. Good site with plenty of room and very helpful staff - the staff is actually on site until 11pm everyday ... Really nice place.
