A nice park. All services are good.. The monthly rate when up to $ 1,400,00 plus electric (didn't know this until arrival }. The office personal are very nice and helpful.
We stayed 3 nights for to see some attractions in the area. The park is a short drive from US 101 (42nd St) along a city street. It is located in town close to services. The interior roads are concrete. They are narrow with parked vehicle encroachment & tight turns making maneuvering larger RV's a little challenging. There is a mixture of back-ins & P/T's sites. Didn't see any of P/T sites that were long enough to stay connected to a toad. The RV sites are narrow & there isn't much distance... Read More

There is a mixture of back-ins & P/T's sites. Didn't see any of P/T sites that were long enough to stay connected to a toad. The RV sites are narrow & there isn't much distance between the sites but there was sufficient room to open slides. The parking pads are concrete.
This park seems to understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were generally level and flat. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The utility connections were towards the middle of the sites. The sewer connection was above ground making it difficult to establish a downhill flow depending on discharge point. Our site was too narrow to have an outside table. A line of vegetation established privacy between the sites but the vegetation encroached on site width. Site orientation allowed RV's to cast shade onto the patio side.
There were quite a few trees scattered throughout the park and around the perimeter so satellite reception would be dependent upon your site and dish configuration. The park brochure listed 60 cable channels but made no mention of broadcast channels. Didn't try to get any OTA channels.
The park provided WiFi was password protected with adequate reception. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Didn't try the NET10 phone so don't know about cell phone reception.
The designated fenced pet area was small with a gravel surface. There were bag dispensers and collection stations for waste at the pet area. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads & the adjacent residential streets.

Great full service park. Super good management. Clean and well kept. Would love to stay here again. Very convenient location. Best wifi on our Alaska adventure trip. TV has 59 channels. Verizon cell 4G 3 bars. Voltage great. Nothing to say bad. Packed so make reservations in advance.
We stayed here 3 nights during the 4th of July and was very pleased. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. Nice dog area and is clean seems everyone picks up after their pooches. The showers are clean and very nice. Looking forward to our next visit.
I didn't use the facilities but they looked very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Level concrete pad and very quite we enjoyed our stay and would recommend park to anyone. JS
Was here for three months. Nice park, good mgrs., The only problem is they no longer have a monthly rate for July,Aug,Sept. They only have a weekly rate of approx. $ 230.00 . (six days get 7th free). Nice place to get out of the heat of summer.
Clean, modern park but sterile. No pines or beach. Close to Fred Meyer!
