Pretty much echo previous reviews it is a great place to spend the night when traveling. Roads and sites are in need of some TLC, but functional. Campground was quiet for us we had no issues. Happy to stop again if we need a place to hang our hat for the evening. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to rest and relax for an extended stay ... but works as a 'base camp' if you have local places to see and go to.
Friendly staff. Well placed signs for directions from interstate. Good places to walk pets. Limited number of pull-thru sites for large RVs. Site surface was not quite gravel, and some sites more level than others. Stayed here on my way South, and will stay again on my way back. Limited amenities, but price (cash/check) was right.
Excellent place for Class A RVs over 40 ft. Sites are Hugh & a large selection of pull thrus were available. Mixed sites with a few permanent campers. Very friendly. Did not mind paying cash for such a large spot after our previous site. Very reasonable in price.

Luckily my husband is a retired truck driver. We only stayed one night on our way through so I don't have a lot of details. I would stay again, but there is one just down... Read More
